One of my doctors is located in Watterson Towers. It's very easy to locate, with ample parking as well as handicap parking and ramp accommodations. The building is very clean.
We went to see a lawyer they were good. The building was nice. They have a restaurant on the first floor that makes the whole building smell absolutely delicious I did not have time to eat that day but I will return to check it out but I probably could not work in the building because they would be cooking me food all the time.
Parking spots are absurdly small, and security often takes up the best spots. Lots of foot traffic through the lot, not just the employees and visitors. Often razor blades on the ground and sometimes other unsavory items. However it is in decent proximity to plenty of places for food/gas/convenience. Its break areas accessible to the public are decent and the restrooms are generally kept pretty clean. The custodial crew does a fine job.
We recently moved to Watterson Tower after 30+ yrs in another location. We LOVE our new office space. The wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light & offer lovely views. There's a YMCA gym on site, as well as a barber shop, snack shop, and small restaurant that serves snacks, drinks, and lunch. The free parking is another boon, although you may have to park FAR from the building because the lot is so huge, & the close spots fill up fast. The building manager is friendly and responsive, a nice change from our previous location. I have a feeling we'll be here a long, long time.
I went to the Lee's Korean restaurant in Watterson Towers. It has spacious parking spaces including handicapped parking areas. The Lee's restaurant carries different varieties of authentic Korean foods and my family and I enjoyed it very much.
We have been in this building for over a year and the last few months I have been battling flies in my 10th floor windows. This problem has been addressed but not fixed. This is the worst working environment I’ve ever been in.
I have worked in this building for years, awesome view, newly renovated, always clean. The only issue is the location is somewhat inconvenienced with crime in and around the parking lot due to surrounding apartments.
I actually work here for UPS. But they have alot more here for people looking for jobs from UPS to Norton's even a engineering firm. There is a great food place on the first floor and you can even get your hair cut there to. If you work here there is a gym on the first floor ran by Norton's hospital.. Overall there's alot here especially those seeking work.
Clean. Open. Easy to find the office I needed.
