They tell people eager to move that they have to set an appointment to do an application with them. After two appointments, they don’t recall setting, I still have yet to apply. I’m sure the owner doesn’t know of their locked door daily practices but I hope they know how many prospects are turned around DAILY! Pathetic.
I live on Bessley Road behind Carmax and will be in need of a place by August. The new management is increasing the rent monthly and making residents feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Is there a waiting list.?
Call this morning inquiring about in available apartment...The person that answered the phone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL made me think twice about asking if anything was available. The lady in the office at this moment do not greet you back...I actually stated, "Good morning, how are you?" She responded, "yea." I asked, "is this Waverly Park?" She said, "yea." I instantly hung up the phone. The office just opened, ITS NO REASON FOR THE ATTITUDE! IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE! Not only that, she told me friday I could come and do a walk through. Here it is Monday you don't have nothing to show but you have something available. Where there is inconsistency, THERE WILL BE PROBLEMS! So to avoid unnecessary problems I will go elsewhere! CORPORATE IF THIS IS WHO YOU HAVE REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS YOU PROBABLY SHOULD RETHINK IT! GOOD DAY!
I lived here and loved it. The only complaint I had was the parking. It’s not enough parking so you had to get home quickly. Your you would walk far. But I miss this place. I lived here before I moved to Dallas Texas.
