Waverly Park

Stopped by this cool little park in Albany, Oregon the other day. Has Nice Little Pond, and Walking Paths, and Picnic and Park Benches Has Walking Paths that are by the pond Dog Friendly Leashed Nice Place to kick back eat some food and just Relaxe Worth the Stop Restrooms: There are restrooms well maintained Dog-friendliness: Places to walk the dog Picnic area: Picnic Tables by a relaxing pond

I was here yesterday and it has changed a bit minus the messes and what not but overall nice small little easy walk in the mini small park. I wish there was more flowers and flowerings trees but everything else is decent experience! Lots of cute ducks and ducklings and birds and such this time of season and year. So I took a couple of pictures mainly of cherry blossoms all on my iPhone 11.

I’m sad that humans don’t pick up their garbage because this is such a beautiful place to be. The wildlife deserves better humans!

Not bad, homeless use the tunnel to sleep in though.

Clean and dog friendly. Trees with cooling shade on such a hot day.

Easy access from I-5. Connects via pedestrian tunnel to trail. Nice spot for a picnic break

Ducks are great 10/10 Do not feed them bread

Love going to feed the ducks. If you are calm and patient they will eat out of your hand. Usually there is trash throughout the park so I will walk around and clean up as much as I can. Also a good spot to take the kids for pokemon go.
