The staff here is awesome. I left my wallet there and it was a good hour before I called and sure enough they had it! They knew it was mine, and they held onto it, and we’re very honest, not a penn was missing. Not to mention the the food is awesome! It is always service with a smile.
Every. single. time I order form this location my order is wrong. Either they put on the wrong topping or just don't add any. Its very very very annoying because my orders are always simple and only have a max of 3-4 ingredients and they somehow manage to still screw it up. I notice this happens almost 100% of the time in the morning and about 60% of the time at night depending on who is on shift that day. If im lucky and come in at night I get the big friendly guy working on my food and he always makes in right. He is the only worker who prepares the food correctly but unfortunately i don't see him often. I have also noticed that the staff, mostly the women, also don't change their gloves after touching their hair, face, and phones and as someone who also works with food this is just disgusting. I have seen this happen multiple times on my visit and I really would not recommend getting food here unless its the stuff they don't really have to touch, such as the mac and cheese. The staff is normally very friendly especially the cashiers, its just the workers who are working with food need to be trained better. Its either they don't care about their jobs or they just aren't trained properly. Please work on having better hygiene especially, it takes 5 seconds to switch out your gloves.
Nice staff but no bathroom for customers. Exiting the interstate I'd like to know that I can use the facilities and get a good cup of coffee and can get neither at this Wawa. No bathroom available and for the first time a burnt cup of Wawa coffee. The soft pretzel was stale too.. Parking was also challenging a small lot few spaces. I never thought I'd leave Wawa for Sheetz or Quick Trip but farewell Wawa it's been real ....
Old lady at the counter needs to be fired or retrained. Yelling at people saying their stealing when they use self check out and not letting her co workers help her when she obviously needs it. She has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. We’re sick of her attitude.
Had there hoagies a ham n cheese great well packed and fresh and the best Tuna sandwich I ever had in pa!! Will order again
Ordered through the wawa app, told me order would be ready by 8:05 and didn’t get it until 8:20. I had missing items and my milkshake is not even close to a milkshake. It’s more soup in a cup than anything else. I will never be back
I like going here too buy the lattes. This place is located conveiently next to mcdonalds, cvs, and taco bell. A new store called tractor supply is opening up soon in the area. Down the road abit is a new dollar general opened up a few months ago now.
I usually don't like leaving bad reviews. But when I order 9 items and only receive 6 it's difficult for me to understand how this can happen. One item- sure. But this? Other than that the food wasn't the best either. I guess that's a question of taste, but we didn't like it much, everything was very mushy and not exactly delicious, even tho the ingredients seemed fresh. Since I got a refund for the missing items and the quality of the food was alright just not tasty I leave two stars.
Horrible service couldn't even make my sandwich right had yo go back three times just to get it right
The sandwich shop is fast and accurate. The cashier's are nice, polite, and friendly. They also know their jobs and how to use the registers.
