Self service pumps including non ethanol and Diesel. Great made to order hot sandwiches, great selection of coffee, and soups. Typical inside convenience item shopping, Outside seating. Clean store and restrooms. Competative prices at pumps and inside store.
Overall I have had great experiences at this Wawa location. Clean store and parking lot. Traffic is tricky because it is at a main intersection which means U-turns are required depending on where you are coming from. Honestly, during rush hour I go somewhere else if I have to make a U-turn at this intersection. We all know how crazy non-native Florida drivers can be with varying driving habits who run red lights to pull out in front of cars making a safe and legal U-turn. Anyway, this is about Wawa and I love Wawa! Their food is SO underrated. I wish they offered more gluten free and dairy free options, as I have severe lethal allergies to these. Until then, I'll enjoy the few items that I can and hope there is more to come in the future as Wawa has now expanded to offering fast food-only locations no fuel pumps. 5 stars! Vegetarian options: Egg breakfast bowls are vegetarian as you can select your own toppings. Options are limited though. Dietary restrictions: VERY FEW dietary restricted food offerings dairy, gluten, soy. I would say 95% of their menu contains gluten and/or dairy ingredients which is extremely limiting.
Multiple times a week i stop in to get the croissant sandwiches and they are completely burnt to the point where you can’t even bite them they are so hard, this has never really been a problem in the past however lately it’s become problem after problem. I live 5 minutes down the road so i use to call and request that they make some so i can grab and pay when i get there however now i’m told there’s new management and they don’t allow orders like that anymore even though even if i didn’t pick up the order they could just simply put it in the hot plate, i understand a huge order but i only order like 1-4 at a time. Then i’m told they can either refund me for the burnt sandwiches or they can remake them but they will come out the same because thats how they cook. The whole point of a croissant is the soft flakiness if the bread and its never been an issue before recently. before the sandwiches were nice and brown and cooked to perfection but now I'm told by management thats how they come so i needed to deal with it or order something else? I don't know what recent changes they've made to management but they need to take a hard look at their choices in customer service.
Let's just say that I travel an extra 15 minutes just to go to this certain Wawa ,a team member named Rachel always goes above n Beyond for me ,so grateful she is a cashier here,I always get everything I need ,thank you and God Bless . Kiki Snow
Was judge by the cashier when I was cashing out. Will never go to this store again. Highly disappointed. For a cashier who is making minimum wage to sit there and discriminate a customer. Smh. Poor management for a employee to do such thing. Cashier's name is Michelle.
Ordered a mango smoothie like I have many times before from wawa, usually they fill all the way to the top. This time there was a big gap, this picture is literally right after I walked out of the store. Maybe the guy was new but maybe someone should have been standing with him making sure his measurements were correct.
Cynthia on the night shift is AMAZING!!! Tia the team lead however was rude as hell to Cynthia who was just trying to do her job and create a good customer experience. I think Cynthia should be the team lead instead of Tia. I have been in the store before and Tia was even rude to me. I am grateful for Cynthia! Update 04/27: Had very weird interaction with Bri. I had already paid for extra dressing and I just asked for it to be put in a different type of container as I have been doing for all the years that I had came to different Wawa locations. Bri advised that she would have to charge me extra again. As I advised her I had already paid the extra fee and that I wasn’t asking for extra dressing. I just wanted it a different container. I am doing this review because this location needs more customer friendly people like Aaron that was also working this evening. He used to work at another location and was always super nice. Well he is still super nice and apologized for Bri’s interaction with me and said that he hoped that I would still come to the Seminole location. I told him that I appreciated his kindness and wished his colleagues would be the same way. I plan on calling tomorrow morning to speak with the store manager about Tia and now Bri. Updated 04/28: Spoke with the store manager Amy. She advised that she would speak with Tia and Bri. I hope she also gives Cynthia and Aaron a raise.
The cashier has a bad attitude. Shorted me change and got an attitude because I said something! Had to get my phone to pull up my calculator to prove she shorted me $5. Then I get kicked out of the store because I had an attitude. Well yeah your cashier got An attitude with me for not doin her job!
Never had any issues directly involving the store. Usually other people shopping or getting gas. People with bad attitudes taking it out on others or the employees. I've witnessed people steal sunglasses and car chargers off the rack next to the cashier and they don't seem to care... Sandwiches and items they make are all fresh and delicious. Not my favorite sandwich place but it is the closest to my house so..... Lol .... Just don't get sandwiches toasted... They will toast the heck out of it.
This wawa is great! We got a lot of good stuff from there, it's a bit expensive but it's worth it. Florida man approved.
