They NEVER have mashed potatoes. Being gluten free is already hard enough, the mash potatoes r the only gf thing they have. This WAWA NEVERRR has mashed potatoes. Each time I tell them and still no mashed potatoes.
This is my favorite wawa but I don't always go there cuz the parking lot is beyond annoying. A group of older men loiter at the trash cans, and landscapers meet here. Trucks just park anywhere, whether it's a spot or not. Not a single place to park but one 5 customers inside.
Stop deleting customer reviews!! You cannot hide the truth of being a terrible wawa!! Awful workers with disgusting attitudes especially managers who feel entitled!! This is a bad wawa don’t come here
Everyone in the store was super friendly except the manager Kasie needs had no idea how to speak to a customer even when the customer told her she was being nasty no apology. I forgot my I'd had no problem going to my car and getting it then asked her for my slip she was extremely rude and did not offer to reprint or anything. I asked her if there was something wrong she said she wasn't going to lose her job over my id I said ok you are being very nasty I have no problem giving you my id. She needs training on how to speak to people being so proud of her management position and it being important to her .
I've literally the worst experience with employees this location multiple times they messed up simple things they mosey around when it's packed like your a burden to be there
today around 1pm I came in to grab a few items. I just wanted to run out of there. Staff shouting over customers about a kid who parked his bike near the door. Then at the register the guy who helped me was extremely rude mark Literally he rolled his eyes and got frustrated with me because he was doing something wrong on the register and my card wasn’t processing because of his error! Usually I don’t write reviews but I felt the shift was just so unprofessional that I couldn’t just ignore it. Not to mention items from my order were missing. staff is way too distracted with their own conversation that they are not focusing on their work!!!
Want in for sizzli's ..they didn't have the ones I wanted ..ask the guy making then named Ramon and he let me know unfortunately they were out of croissants but I should try the the biscuits..he was awesome and made my order pretty fast ..great worker
These people can never get an order correct unless the customer is directly in their faces. Each time they state something about Grubhub, however I continuously order from their app. Grubhub doesn't prepare orders
Absolutely horrible experience with deli counter worker, Shannon. She was insanely rude and unprofessional for no reason. Other employees informed me that she is consistently rude to customers and also her fellow employees! Very disappointed with my visit and have reported the employee and store to corporate.
I have been going to this Wawa for nearly 20 years. In the past 2 years this store has gone downhill significantly. The employees are rude and will watch you stand at the counter waiting. Constantly out of items in the deli for fresh food. My girlfriend and I visited lastnight for food. We purchased chicken tenders and a chicken tender parm sandwich. I felt quesy from the tenders and she got sick from the tender sandwich. I am not going back to this location. I will go a little farther to the williamstown location.
