Not only was the sandwich wrong. But i got to listen to the guys behind the counter complain about why are people comming in for lunch. Since when was an Italian a turkey and cheese. Didnt even get sides right.
This heavy set lady constantly texting on her phone between customers. Lady please can I pay for my items so I can leave? 8/4/2023 at 1pm. Wawa needs to train there employees better and put an smile on your face. I don't want to seem like I'm bothering you l. This is your job right
Terrible service at the fuel pump today. The guy is just chitchatting with a friend looks at me doesn't even come to pump my gas. I had to get out and do my own thing, unbelievable.
Ordered an Italian hoagie with extra vinagar lettuce tomato onions you know the works, got home and it was only a few pieces of salami and none of the fixings I asked for. How hard is it to follow monitor that’s literally in front of and tell you how to make the sandwich
I was standing in the blonde girls line who is very sweet btw & the heavy set black girl calls me over to her. I was reluctant, but went. I said to her " how u doing"? No answer. I asked for a pk of cigarettes & proceeded to put my card in. As I was waiting for the approval, I said "can I get a receipt"? I'm approved & I say "thank u"& no answer again. She then proceeds to the nxt customer & I'm standing there waiting for my receipt as I'm totally being ignored. I asked again for a receipt & she asked me what I had bought, lol ?? I didn't leave, I simply moved to the side 1 sec ago to let the nxt customer over & she can't remember I bought 1 pk of cigarettes ??? She's in another world & just plain rude. What did I learn ??? To just stay in any line but hers. Wawa, u need to train your employees some customer etiquette.
This is by far the dumbest system on the planet if I get fuel and the pump receipt doesn't work then I have to wait inside the store for over 15 minutes before they can even print me the receipt. Why is Wawa the only place on earth this is a issue. I've been in third world countries with better store systems. I love wasting my time
I’m a Jersey girl through and through and love Wawa so this is disappointing to see how the hoagies have become lack luster. My husband and I ordered this past Saturday and when we got home his combo hoagie was missing 5 items and my Shorti was more like a Jr. On two separate occasions my Mom ordered coffeeincluding yesterday and the Pumpkin Spice drip coffee was watered down and barely had any taste. I don’t know if it’s supply chain, inflation, serving less for the same price or general training issues. Wawa please review your policies on production/service and customers check your food before you leave.
The hoagies are not good but everything else is fine.
I’m not a wawa fan in general but I still go in from time to time. However I have to start avoiding this location because they leave expired sale tags up and don’t apologize for the mistake. Also the cashiers ALWAYS have an attitude and very rude.
Sunday I got a chicken cheese steak from the Beverly nj store. Spent most of the Eagles game and throughout the night, also most of Monday vomiting and dry heaving from that chicken cheese steak. Not going to that store anytime soon
