I’m highly satisfied because the staff is always on point with my food orders. No one is ever rude and that is ver much appreciated. Wawa is doing it right when it comes to customer service. Keesha is amazing. Always smiling and friendly making the shopping experience a five star experience. She is valued & appreciated because of the attentiveness to detail making sure I leave there with what I need from food to snacks to gas.
I come by here a couple times a week to grab some lunch, or even snacks and I can not tell you how amazing the customer service is. They are always so welcoming and very helpful always. The convenience with ordering food head is always on time and always correct! Food is also very great! Also becoming a rewards member with Wawa so worth it! You get free coffee, every Tuesday, as well as free coupons for food, and other things all the time. :
Much better now that they have the self check out line but they should have 2 separate lines for tobacco and self checkout people are still confused
Ordered food watching the employee make it employees start talking and then I get called and told that they don’t have any chicken cheesesteak so they take it off my sandwich and put it on someone else’s and as the customer I lost
It is a very nice store. Clean, and friendly staff. Free air for your tires. Great sandwiches and drinks.
The over night crew was great and caring. I was stuck there for a bit and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all just the opposite. Thanks for making a bad situation bearable.
This WAWA is good. They've got a great overnight staff who are very friendly & knowledgeable. I visit this store 5 times a week!
I used to love this wawa and all Wawa stores, have t they have changed the way they are doing business now and I will no longer give them my business. Was there with my wife at 8:39 in the evening and they had no coffee and was informed they don't make coffee after 10pm at night. And wife ordered a hot chocolate and they wanted her to pay before they would make it. Not one sign up stating this. So I decided I didn't want there coffee or there hot chocolate and left. Was informed by the store manager this is The Way they are now doing business.
I enjoy wawa, they have good food and a wide variety of snacks
Staff extremely nice, however dont bother if you want a coffee as the management is evidently blind and oblivious to reparing and keeping made to order coffee bar functioning. 3 time in the last month at least. Staff notes that it has been a few weeks. Save yourself time and use your consumer power to support other businesses that maintain their equipment.
