Be careful when you order an Italian hoagie with more than one sauce they only give you a Turkey sandwich with just one sauce you definitely didn’t order. There employees are also too busy complaining about how much they hate working. I may be rude but I don’t care if you hate yourself I want to check out not listen to your life story. Hopefully it gets better from here
I came here May 14th at 2:40am. Ordered three of their cold sandwiches. Had purchased a few items while waiting for my food to be ready. Asked the black lady preparing my food to please give me a bag since my hands were full and plus i was carrying my baby she proceeded to say “THE BAGS ARE AT THE REGISTER” with an attitude but did gave a bag to the person behind me i felt discriminated in a w way. Wawa needs to find better employees because this ain’t it. Never coming back in here. Not spending my money were people is rude and just Soo disrespectful. Do better.
The Milkshakes are great. They have a specialty strawberry cheesecake milkshake that's limited time that is amazing!
Please get someone who can read a passport correctly, Cheryl was very rude and argued with me saying my passport was issued in 2026 and expired in 2016 ... and almost didn't sell me the wine I wanted. She also told me it was the last time I could come to this location . The funny thing is she has glanced at this passport numerous times as this it the closest gas station to my house and I come here often . Not much of a loss I suppose as there are two other gas stations next door. If you're going to be rude then at least be correct. As it is impossible for a passport to have been issued in the future .
The night shift supervisor is very rude and could use training on how to respect customers and use his position to positively impact guest’s experience. There was an error with my transaction on their part and instead of being apologetic when I let him know my frustration, which was done respectfully, he told me to shut up! I needed to get home to my newborn and was low on gas and he told me I need to repurchase gas because of an error as though he knows my budget. The cashier Taylah or Taylor, did her best, she owned her mistake and offered her own money to get me gas. Maybe she should be trained for supervisor.
At this time the store associates i wouldn’t say we’re the best. Creative i see the gentleman was on making my drink but the chocolate drizzle ended up all over the cup and i see he was trying to be creative but that’s not how i would like my drink presented to me, all the ingredients inside of the lid please because i had to take a few napkins and clean my drink up or else it would drip on my hands. Also the cashier was at most rude the way i heard her talking, i used self check out. She didn’t have a nice tone at all. Most the associates there to me seemed like they didn’t want to be there and don’t care much for Wawa, because the way they treated the customers and presented wawas products.
Excellent services on the 3:00pm to 4:30 pm crew every time I come in they give me awesome greetings and for that they deserve elevated new position or pay raise, just my thought. My utmost respect & gratitude.
I was in duress when I stopped here to use the bathroom. By the time I entered the restroom it was at the point of no return. To my disgust the toilet had a visible spray pattern dried on the toilet wall and yellow stains on the seat . I spent another minute lining the whole seat with three stacks of single ply toilet paper. As I sat down the only thing I could pray for at that moment was that there was no splash back as it would surely lead to some sort of infection.
I typically love Wawa….but they have no changing table for your baby. If your traveling with kids and need to stop, go somewhere else. We were traveling with a packed car and I was unable to change my child in the car. When I asked the associate about the lack of a changing table in the bathroom she just shrugged it off. As a mom I find this whole situation very frustrating. They are not hard to install and I feel that they essential for a large gas station/rest stop.
Wawa actually has decent food. Club sandwiches, hoagies, etc... at a decent price too. For a gas station it's not bad. Always clean inside.
