Wawa when they first open. Had great staff great customer service now this place is horrible maplewood location is one of the worst spots I been to the staff is unprofessional they don’t respect the customer the coffee bar is always out at night messy stuff everywhere the gas line be so long and slow when you asks the gas attendant a question they look at you like you doing something wrong the morning has guys are nice but the other once are rude they would rather text then come serve you gas all in all this place has lost it’s value because of lack of management
Unfortunately I have to use this WaWa because It is the closest one to my home. But when It comes to purchasing food such as sandwiches the service is always slow. The young women working there are more concerned with flirting with the young customers then pushing out orders. I just think they need to replace the workers with more vetted WaWa workers or with more mature people because the younger workers do not care about servicing customers.
This afternoon another customer and i had to pump or own gas because the young men with the vests were busy taking to a group of friends. Good thing i know how to pump my own gas. I will just make sure i get gas in the morning. The guys in the morning are awesome.
It is supermarket Cafe attached to fuel station mainly in the eastern costal line of America. There is variety of sandwiches, burgers and coffee. Recommended breakfast or snack spot on your visit to Eastern costal line of America!!Food: 4/5
I entered the store to purchase ice from the store, between the the hours of 4:56pm and 5:20pm 7/18/23. I drive an orange Saturn suv. I pulled upto get gas an the young man told me that I would have to go back into the store to pay if I have a $50 bill. Yet there is no sign that states that information. I drove off and the young man say " she tried to get me". I am a law enforcement officer. If there is an issue at your establishment maybe you all should pay maplewood to take care of your business. He said we ar doing that credit card auction!
Outside of getting into the parking lot the general experience was as good as expected as any Wawa!! Chill workers, and even colder Snapple bless you Wawa.
This is the worst WAWA location ever visited, i visit wawa everyday for gas and coffee or sandwiches and i never get any problems with any location until I visited this one, first they are not clean, second they closed the restroom with password lock and key and only the cashier have the key, if you need to use it you have to ask and when i did it was only 1 cashier and i had to wait 30-40 minutes to get him because he have to finish all the customers and find a good time between customers to come and open. Just imagine someone with medical conditions or something and needed the bathroom at this time have to wait almost a hour. That’s insane
I highly don’t recommend going to this wawa. It took 45 minutes for my friend and I to even get our food. Come to find out the bread was super stale and the turkey was not fresh. I took maybe 2 bites before throwing it out. Everything in my sandwich was old and disgusting. I ended up getting super sick after but I had already left so I couldn’t really do anything. do NOT go here!!! also they literally left the cash register for a good 10 mins so no one could pay. the new self checkout doesn’t work. don’t recommend. I love wawa but this one is AWFUL
Busy Wawa , but the line moves pretty quickly. The bathroom is pretty clean, has your average Wawa delicacies. Subs are good. Pretzels are great. And a great choice of drinks. Happy that Wawa is now moving up north
The WAWa inside section is dirty. Kudos to the gas station attendant. 9:05 pm .The inside toilet was full of feces. While the workers worked the manager was inside not working. I asked for the manager because the toilet wasn't clean. I also noticed that the garbage cans were all full and foods and garbage were in the floor. Upon entering the establishment there was a young man about 25 in a drug stupor foaming at the mouth. There are panhandlers at every entrance. The coffee and soda stations are filthy and full of dust. I did tell the manager and he made ne wait while he MOPPED the bathroom floor. So that I can explain why this WAWA is nasty I took a few pictures.
