Silvia is the best!! I use to go and it would take me a hour, but when I met her 3 months ago, she was like NO WAY! 15 mins later I was cleaned up and on to my next appointment early!! Patient and very attentive to your needs. Silvia is da BEST!!!

Needed my eyebrows waxed and tinted for my baby shower and found waxing the city by searching through google. My skin is very sensitive so I hate threading. This location is located in a large strip mall. The parking was a little bit of a hassle, but that’s just because it’s one large shared parking lot for all the stores around. Anyways, I was greeted right away when I walked in and checked In Right away. The cashier let me know who I would be working with and had me take a seat to wait. Mask were required during my appointment and they had social distancing in place and hand sanitizer available. I was impressed how neat and organized the store front was. Jamie was the cerologist that took me. She was very friendly and personable. She asked me what areas I wanted to focus on and listened to my concerns. She made sure the seat was on a incline since I’m pregnant I can’t lay flat. Before doing the wax and tint she showed me the outline of my brows. After finishing, I received a sweet after care package which I truly appreciated! Highly recommend for your next wax services easy to book online too!
Highly disappointed. Got a modified bikini wax. It was essentially a bikini wax. Still so much hair all over. What is supposed to take 30 min according to their website- she was done with me in 13 minutes. Never going back.
Been here for a little over a year and all their waxers are very knowledgeable of products, very fun, and make you feel very comfortable. My favorite is Vanessa!
