Burgers are much smaller than pictured. Food wasn't hot. Similar to steak and shake quality but 4 times the price. And they had run out of whip cream for the shakes.
Was walking around the mall and this place sounded good. Ordered my food and saw they had an app. However, it was not there. Got my food and the first bite was startling. Why was the bun cold? Put them on the counter or toast them. Otherwise the flavor was fine and fries were okay, but it was so messy. Why? It is possible to make a good non-messy burger.
Extremely bad experience! Our order was delivered through Grub Hub and we had a burger missing from our order. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager proceeds to tell us that she personally filled the order and "if" we were missing anything that the delivery person must have "stoled" it....she was rude to say the least. After telling her we wouldnt be ordering from there again, she just hung up on us. In addition to this my granddaughters chips were burnt, the ranch was missing from our fries, the burgers were mushy and tasteless. Would've done better ordering from McDonalds..person mu
They have a good selection of burgers, fries are good and the shakes I have not tried but the owner did make a root beer float for me, something not on the menu. UPDATE 2020. Found out that the franchise is up for sale. Currently closed. The location is inside the Mall at the Fairfield Commons.
Don't be fooled they make this out to be a "premium" burger place but it really isn't. The food was ok maybe a bit better then McDonald's but for the average price of a burger being atleast 6 bucks much more after adding sides and a drink it's really not worth it. I had the rodeo burger and it wasn't all that great. The whole thing consistency wise was a pile of mush no real form to the burger the onion rings on it note one onion ring was mushy and tasteless about the same as the burger. Save some money go to steak and shake you will get better food at a lower price. Will not be going here ago there are must better places to eat at the mall avoid this place.
You'd think nine patties would be sloppy and gross but they definitely have a leg up on steak n shake.
Best burger chain in Cincinnati! Fries are perfect texture and flavor. The O - Fries are the way to go, with the right mixture of onion rings and fries. The Double Bacon Cheeseburger tastes perfect. The Cheeesy and Chicken BLT are also excellent. The fried Mac N Cheese bites are fantastic. The service is a little slow, but with everything made-to-order, its worth the wait!
We went to the one at the fairfield commons mall on 1/27/18 my husband and I each had the double bacon cheeseburger that was extremely over priced and he ordered the fries and onion rings with his and I ordered just the onion rings and we each had a drink and our bill was almost 25 buck I about stroked out but we went ahead and got it and let me tell u it was not worth it at all, they are very slow there and the 2 girls working the counter were horsing around and then looked at me and were like do u want to order!!! And my husband didn't get the onion rings and fries he got just onion rings we will never return there and we will be sure to tell all our friends about this!!!
Food is decent, not great. Like other reviewers say, its waaaaay overpriced and we had to wait about 20 min, which is too long for mall food court eats. My kid got a hot dog and what we pulled out of the bag was a hot dog in a squished bun that looked dipped in ketchup, but and all. My burger was drowned in bbq sauce and the onion ring in it wasnt very warm. I'll say that actual meat was decent if it wasnt slathered in so much sauce. The fries were so-so, unsalted and kind of cold. It wasnt worth the money or the wait. Get some bourbon chicken or the gyro palace. Better food from those places and better/faster service. I gave it two stars instead of one because it was Saturday around 6 and I'm sure they were slammed. But still, I wont go here again.
Love the food, but the staff takes ages to get it out! The other day we ordered two milkshakes and we waited for ten minutes. There was no one else in line and we had to go up to the counter and ask if they forgot.
