Wayside is a “middle to high-end” furniture store with name brands featuring quality construction and recognizable value. We also specialize in custom crafted cabinetry for your bedroom, dining room, office and home theater. Great experience shopping here. I ordered a special order sofa and the staff made expectations extremely clear regarding pricing, delivery and estimated turnaround times. No complaints, sofa arrived safely in a fair time - delivery men specifically did an exceptional job getting the furniture inside safely.
We had a fabulous experience with Wayside and found several different types of furniture amongst various price ranges. We were able to furnish our entire home through Wayside and will continue to return with any new furniture needs! Steve took care of us and was a great resource - he gave us space but was always near to answer questions or offer feedback. Although we are about an hour away, I will always go there first. It’s worth the drive!!
Our sales person, Dan Carter, was great! He was very patient while we looked at a variety of sofa’s and sectional’s. He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the products we were considering. We are so happy with our choice! Thanks Dan!
This store has a great selection of furniture for a reasonable price. Our salesman Rob was attentive and knowledgeable of every item of furniture that we were considering buying. He helped us look outside the box, per se, in making our final decision. My husband and I will definitely go back to this store for future purchases.
It was a busy evening for an anniversary sale. Susan Myers worked with me & was so helpful and patient. She had a good feel for what I would like & stayed late so I could finish up. She was such a pleasure to work with & made the whole process easier.
Great experience. My sale person Gaines was a great resource of information. He gave me room to look around and answered all questions. He went above and beyond and I would recommend him and Wayside to anyone!
Got referred to Wayside by a lady at the lazyboy store. Glad she did. Not only did I find the exact chair I was looking for but I also got a battery backup for it as well. Mike Chatman was a great guy to deal with and awesome helping me find what I wanted. Thanks to everyone there at Wayside. Update, it's 1am and I finally have time to unbox the chair. It's not the one I ordered. I paid for the power chair with arm storage AND cup holders with USB built-in charger. The chair I'm currently unboxing DOESN'T have any USB charger capabilities. I'll see what happens when I get to the showroom in the morning.
I’ve purchased many pieces of furniture over the years from Wayside. In the course of this year we were shopping for new family room furniture. We purchased a Smith Brothers sectional and we’re extremely pleased with the salesperson and our purchase! It was delivered in 3 months and the delivery guys were quick and efficient. They did ding my wall with the sectional legs. I wish they would have removed the legs like I had asked, but the damage to the wall is easily fixable. We recently returned to purchase an accent chair. Our salesperson, Mark, had a keen eye for what we wanted and didn’t hesitate to steer us in the right direction. We greatly appreciated his honesty when it came to choosing a chair and the style of legs, leather, arm choices and nail heads. He is an excellent salesperson who took the time to make sure what we chose was perfect. We are looking forward to another Smith Brothers piece of furniture that will last for many years to come! We will always return to Wayside for our furniture!
Update: the love seat was delivered free of a delivery fee. Great follow thru from wayside. Found a love seat at a great price on the floor. Told salesman we wanted to buy it and he told us it and the twin next to it were sold. No more in stock. Wife went on line and found it and ordered it. Next day told it was on back order. We had no problem with that..no hurry for it. Next day told it was never coming in, we were mis informed, no longer making the piece. Pick something else get a friends discount, gift card and apology. Nothing else wife wanted so they said we will refund your card and let you know if one gets cancelled, returned, or if they get a shipment. 3 weeks later we went for the root beer float days and what did we see? The same love seat sitting in the same spot on the floor with the same tag.,...last one on floor. No calls, no contact from store one was available. Salesman looked it up and it had never been sold. So three weeks later we purchased it and because my wife didn't have the email and they wouldn't look the emails up from their end we got no discount of any kind for the terrible service.
We went sort of spur of the moment wanting to find some smaller swivel chairs for our 3 season room. We started off in the Clearance Showroom, and after looking a bit were helped by Dallas. He was extremely helpful and personable, and we were able to get 2 chairs and a small side table that fit our needs perfectly. We've made 3-4 purchases there over the last few years, and have always been pleased with their products and their employees. Everyone is helpful and easy to work with.
