Love this place!!!. The Staff is top notch, lots of equipment. everyone you meet is very nice. The price monthly is beyond reasonable. And a big plus, smoothie bar!!. If you come here and don't get a good work out you didn't push yourself hard enough. I very highly recommend WBO as your home gym.

The staff and fellow guests are polite and helpful. The equipment is clean and in good condition. I look forward to my workouts at this excellent facility.

Tara is an amazing resourceful and patient trainer I love the private women's workout room. TRX training is a thing here! Kind patrons and staff... Staff actually help you properly lift weights and keeping them clean is a thing here! :. If this place gets a pool I'm buying into the business partnership somehow!

Good gym, but they are going to try to screw you over the contract. Back in April, I tried to cancel my daughters contract when she moved away after turning 18, but they wouldn't let me because I couldn't prove that she didn't live with me. Fed up with arguing with them, I told them to just cancel it in July when the contract was up or bill me the balance, I didn't care. Its September and I'm still being billed. Buyer beware.

Love the gym! The trainers were awesome helping me get a safe workout regimen that was right for me. Also, tanning beds actually work #3 bed is a little hard to hold down until you find the sweet spot. All the staff are friendly and I was able to meet some new friends while there. And if you like the health foods and shakes they have some great stuff.

Never settle! Great slogan! Words to live by and workout to. Awesome place! Awesome owners!

Nice little gym. No complaints at all. I started going last week. Much better to deal with than Planet Fitness that I went to 3 days a week for several years until the shutdown. Too many rules at PF.

My boyfriend convinced me to start going here because he's been a member for many years and I'm SO glad I agreed! The place is very clean, which was highly important to me. I go in the late afternoon after work and there's always open machines for me to use. The free weights are organized and the members always rerack their weights after using them so I'm not stuck removing 200 pounds off each bar. The staff is very friendly and say hi each time I walk in. The other members are so nice also! They give me pointers on different exercises, ask to rotate sets in, and support me when I'm struggling through a set. The atmosphere is positive and the members/staff are like a family. Memberships are reasonable and completely worth it!

Great gym i been here for 3 months mostly at night. The people are great. By far the cleanest gym i been to! Everything is usually available but ppl are friendly enough to let you work in. One request, can you guys get some other hammer strength equipment like the seated chest press?

One of my parents was attending up until the advent of Covid; we froze the membership per guidelines of WBO. Then a week ago, without WBO reaching out beforehand, we were told that the parent's account went to a collection agency for a singular delinquent bill. By a collection agency! Imagine our surprise! Too bad zero stars is impossible because wow, that's not how you do things.
