Our program incorporates nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification in a clinical setting, providing you with a personalized, safe plan for weight loss.
Obesity is one of the leading chronic health issues, but your primary care doctor often does not have the time to develop a specific plan for your weight loss and fitness goals. At WeCare, our focus is on weight loss and exercise management. We are dedicated to helping you develop skills to implement and maintain the changes that you want to make.
Our team will work with you to create an individualized plan that fits your lifestyle, schedule, and budget. We can also work with special dietary needs such as gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan diets.
Our program is covered under MOST major health insurances WITH a referral from your primary doctor. Exercise classes, personal training, and meal replacements are available for additional cost.
