I have nothing but great things to say about these people! They offer you a product and encourage you to come test drive before you buy! I did just that and made my bidding decisions based on my informed position. They are helpful in many ways and Monica is one of the nicest people I have met in a long time! I won't hesitate to shop here again if I need another car and I am now thinking of letting them sell my old business inventory based on my dealings with them on my car purchase. The people complaining on their auction buys all made their purchases based on pictures and a short run video! They ignored the invitation to come see, feel and test drive for themselves! I test drove the car I bought and knew ahead of time that it needed a water pump and some gasket seals therefore I am not disappointed nor complaining. I take personal responsibility seriously and believe our world would be much more at peace if everyone did too.
BUYER BEWARE! We paid $4200+ for a Nissan Murano. Sounded good on video, but the engine *screamed* when I started it. I tried to get my money back, but they told me I'd have to talk to Rick who was on vacation to see if he would help. I tried to drive it home, but I couldn't take the car over 40 mph. The car wouldn't shift past second gear; the engine would rev and squeal at 4000 rpms. There is NO WAY they didn't know it had engine and transmission issues, but they hid behind, "We don't have mechanics look at or drive the cars very far. We just sell them." Rick wouldn't help, and I was stuck with it. I had them haul the car to my house because I didn't feel safe driving it 50 miles. Got it home, and A MILE DOWN THE ROAD, THE TRANSMISSION BLEW. It dropped a gallon of transmission fluid right there on the road. The cheapest fix would be another $3850; it would be $6500 to do it right, but it doesn't make sense to put over 10 grand into an '07. To add insult to injury, we had to pay $100 to have it towed to the transmission place, and we'll have to pay ANOTHER $100 to have it towed to our house. Transmission guy said we should try to get what we can out of Craigslist. K-BID IS A DESPICABLE BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY SELL THEIR GARBAGE AND WASH THEIR HANDS OF IT.
Many vehicles are listed with serious and blatant issues, cracked frames, engine knocking, or other serious issues. Pictures hide dash lights when they are active, obfuscate damage on the interior or exterior, and vehicles in need of serious repairs are listed as running very well or as a "Nice Truck".
Haven't bought anything here, but i have stopped here a few times with a client who's wanted to window shop for used cars and they have been overwhelmingly cordial towards us and answered many questions even though we told them we weren't in a position to buy anything. Honestly goes a long way with me so I wanted to give them a shout out.
I was sold a vehicle that had obvious issues. The vehicle is barely drivable. They will provide photos on the auction website that hid issues. Many vehicle auction sites seem to try to show and describe any issues, while this location will carefully hid issues and provide just enough information so that you think everything is fine. My son saved up to buy his first car and they knowingly sold a non usable vehicle.
Bought a car on kbid from this business. The description said “Runs and drives well”. Started the car, and the engine had a loud knock, and needed to be replaced. The pictures they posted online did not show the EPS light or engine light on. Buyer beware! Take the car for a test drive before you start bidding on their cars on Kbid. We have purchased many kbid cars from other locations like the one in Lowry, and Elk River. They are honest in the description. This place is not!
They sell vehicles on K-Bid so if your looking at a vehicle, it is best to go look test the vehicle out. Also the gals in the office is more than willing to help you out with any questions you might have...
I bought a car from them it was just as described. They where excellent to work with and I had the vehicle transported to me. Very nice people I would definitely buy from again.
I bought a car in auction "runs , starts, and drives" they said. This car did not start did not run and the hood was broke so couldn't pop it. They offered a refund which I lost over $700 minus the fees and it took 2 months for me to get my money back. Dishonest and greedy people
They sell your items. Cars trucks and much more home stuff. Great staff and I have used them before with great results. I have a truck going on auction in a few days. Clean and friendly place.
