Sylvia has traveled extensively and is an Accredited Cruise Counselor with the Cruise Line Industry Association; Holds a Phd. with Norwegian Cruise Lines and has completed Carnival Cruise Specialist Program. Additionally she is a Cozumel Counselor; Bahamas' Specialist; Bermuda Specialist; Israel Specialist; NCL Cruise Consultant Alaska Specialist and Hawaii Specialist.
Michelle Moore, ACC
Michelle is the Customer Relations Manager for WE Travel LLP and has worked in the travel industry for the past eight years. She has trained as an Accredited Cruise Counselor with the Cruise Line Industry Association and with Norwegian Cruise Lines.
Teresa Webb, MCC
