I do not recommend Weavers they aren't what they used to be. Customer service is horrible, they no longer take payments at there office, you have to make an appointment to talk to anyone and they seem to have no interest in helping. Dealing with them you are setting yourself up for disappointment and one hassle  after another.

I have had an Erie policy with Weaver Insurance since I started driving more than 25 years ago. I have always been pleased with their service and the knowledge of their employees. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria Reto today, not only was she kind and thorough when explaining options to help me maximize my coverage while also saving me money she helped me discover a small gap I had in coverage as well. So we made an adjustment to that and now I am actually covered better and for less than I was spending in years past! I am so pleased with the service I received from Maria. Always great customer service! Been with Weaver for many, many years and Melissa is great! She is quick to respond and answers my questions with professionalism and kindness! Absolutely do not recommend Weaver Insurance for business insurance. About 2 months ago I called in to cancel my insurance, and I haven’t had success yet. My normal Workman’s Comp insurance is approx $100; I was just billed over $3500 for it. Any business that doesn’t prioritize communicating with their clients, is a business I’d rather not deal with.

I have had Erie Insurance with Weaver's for 40 years. These people have been so good to us I will never consider going anywhere else and I worked for State Farm Insurance for 20 years. They are so accommodating and helpful. They really have your best interest in mind, and will do whatever they can to help you.  Thank you, Becky, for being our Agent!

I have been a client for 20 years, for both home and vehicles, and have been very pleased with rates and service. Our farm sustained considerable damage during the derecho in 2012, and working through that situation was easy with Weaver. This year I called to review my car insurance and was able to save a considerable amount based on my driving record and the limited amount of driving I’m now doing. Weaver gets 5 stars from me.

Over the years we have been very happy with Weaver Insurance. Becky always gives us superior customer service! We have been with Erie for over 30 years, with just a brief hiatus when we lived in California. It is the best!

I have had Erie insurance through Weaver insurance agency since Ralph Weaver, and then his two children, ran the agency - for close to 50 years. Everyone has always been very professional and helpful. We've only had one claim and Weaver helped greatly. I'm happy with Erie and with Weaver.

We have all of our insurance with Weaver. I have been a customer for 40+ years and I wouldn’t think of  going anywhere else. I have always  been satisfied fully with Weaver’s service and care.  We get very personal service from our highly qualified agent. I know when I have an issue or question they are a phone call away.
