The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean throughout. The hygienist and dentist were both personable and thorough. My specific concerns were addressed in an upfront and professional manner. I was given practical recommendations for continued optimal dental health. As a new patient, I am happy to say that the practice met my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.
First time patient and wow what an office. All the ladies working were so sweet and helpful. The atmosphere was great! Dr Reinhart was awesome he recommended a less aggressive approach to my issue and referred me to a specialist in the area. He could have just made the money doing an implant but said I could do less aggressive fix. Thank you guys this will be my new dentist moving forward!
I recently moved to the area and this was my first time visiting this dental practice. My previous dentist has been treating me for the past 30 plus years so I was very skeptical that another practice would meet my standards. I called on Monday and was provided a Wednesday appointment with the dentist that I requested. Upon entering the facility my first impression was how clean it was and I was met with a very helpful front desk person. The wait to see the hygienist was short and I was greeted with enthusiasm. The hygienist explained exactly what she was going to do including 18 X-rays of my mouth. Upon completion of the cleaning and X-rays, Dr. Reckner introduced himself and welcomed me to the office. Dr. Reckner explained what he was going to do including bonding my front chipped tooth. The entire office made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the procedure. I would without hesitation recommend this professional dental practice…
My first experience was a as pleasant as could be for me in a Dental Office. The staff was friendly and kind. The hygienist was was knowledgeable and communicative through each step of the patient preliminary exam & cleaning. The dentist was readily available and took the time to make sure I understood my dental plan moving forward. Great experience!
The best dentists office I have ever used! They always get me in on time or early. You are never left sitting around. The hygienists and dentists are all super friendly and very professional. The office is brand new and sparkling clean. Highly recommended!!!
My hygienist Jill was phenomenal! I was taken back on time, she explained in detail what I needed to do a better job at home. The dental chair has a massage setting which is relaxing for my appt. Dr. Patrick is friendly and thorough during the exam.
Always a great experience as far as going to the dentist can be visiting Weaver, Reckner & Reinhart Dental Associates! They get you into your chair quickly and get things going. Staff is super nice and always accommodating.
First time visit was exceptional… best experience ever at a dentist. Clean, friendly, welcoming environment & the people are wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to improve your smile!
This group is great! They are consistently on time, professional, accommodating and customer friendly. They don’t try to sell some apparatus that you don’t need, like some other places. They take excellent care of our teeth. I highly recommend Mend them!
