Weber County Library

Very clean and very, very uptight. We paid for conference room space. The staff helping us on the first floor were very helpful after we paid for our room. On the second floor, the staff have serious service or personality issues. My daughter was trying to read with a leg over a chair no shoes touching any portion of the furniture and she was asked to move her leg. She changed positions with one leg tucked and a different employee asked her to sit up straight and place both feet on the floor. Staff is certainly on a power trip, with small people behaving as such. We patron libraries all over Utah and have been nowhere more unwelcoming, which is too bad in what could be such a wonderful community space. Libraries should be warm and welcoming to citizens. They should encourage comfort and enjoyment of a public space. We have been here 3 times and will not return until staff changes occur. Unfortunately, as County employees, and considering other reviews here, I do not foresee that will ever be the case.

Was so big I felt like a child exploring the whole library. Has 3 levels, comfy seating WITH PHONE PLUGS, super fun environment and on top of everything has the fruit ninja game in JUMBO size. I was so impressed I ended up spending all day there, I’m a grown adult and I plan to go back to play some fruit ninja and read some novels.

It can be a bit of a scary place to park ur truck due to all the homeless people living in the park alongside the library as a single mother of 2 babies. Don't get me wrong never have I been bothered by any of there poor unfortunate people it's just my own worries that makes it scary.

I love the library, The staff is amazing there's so much to do amazing books he can get on the computer and if you need to print important stuff you can. And it's a vibe to hang out in.

The library is my favorite place! It is clean and they have so many incredible resources like free printing and an EMBROIDERY MACHINE! Dirk is super patient, kind and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

The staff is always very helpful, my children love to visit and attend events here. There's always something fun to do!

Just called and asked about their button-making machine. The guy who knows most about it was helping someone else but the lady who was manning the phone, it sounded like she usually worked elsewhere, was very kind and genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She didn't give me a phone transfer run around. She took my number and said the guy would call me back when he's available. Excellent customer service, even though the services at the library are free!

I love this library, so many amazing resources books computers and a nice coffee shop it’s beautiful clean and a real luxury thankyou

Aides circle through and are super controlling. It’s a nice library but being told to “put my shoes back on” when I wore flip flops and am sitting cross legged in a chair- is stupid. Do better guys.

Their service's is there if you need it. Drop in ask how you can get a library card if you have already obtained one. Careful about being thurough when you check the condition of any items getting checked. You assume responsibility of it's safe retune back.
