Webster Cosmetic and Family Dentistry

My wife and I recently moved to the area and were looking for dental care. Many practices were not accepting new patients. We called the Webster practice and we’re scheduled in less than a week. We have had our new patient appointments and a couple of procedures in the ten days since we first contacted them. Everyone is very professional, competent and just plain nice. We are so glad we found them and trust them to continue giving us excellent care.

It took me months of calling and leaving messages, and filling out appointment request forms for them to finally schedule me. Absolutely ridiculous. And if that wasn’t bad enough, every single time I’ve dealt with them, in person or on the phone, they’ve been extremely rude. Terrible customer service. EDIT: Don’t leave an unfavorable review or you’ll get a phone call saying you should find care elsewhere lol

I have been a patient of Dr Webster’s for over 20 years. Excellent service, great people. First time, in the old address, Dr Webster took care of my late husband’s dentures, free of charge. Laurie has been my hygienist for the last two years. She is gentle, knowledgeable and very caring. She was with me at the time of scheduling my app with the oral surgeon, step by step. Thank you all!

What an exceptional group of people! Thank you for everything that you’ve done for me in the past few years. Due to my new insurance being out of network I’m sorry to say goodbye. I will continue to recommend friends and family to you. I never met a group that has been professional, skilled and genuinely welcoming at every visit. I never thought I would find a place while getting my teeth cleaned felt like I was at a spa lol. Dr. Webster and his staff has truly been amazing! You guys never cease to amaze me! Excellence... period

The dental hygienist was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Webster is also very personable, efficient and professional. I totally trust the professionals in this office. I had a short wait and a thorough checkup in an efficient amount of time. I felt refreshed and uplifted.

The staff are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. It's like visiting family. When you have a dental emergency they do everything thing they can to get you seen as soon as possible. I just love these guys! Best dentist I've ever had!

Refused to continue my dental treatment because I asked for a second opinion. I needed very extensive dental repair that he quoted around $10k to fix. When I told the office I was getting second opinion because that was a lot of money, Dr. Webster refused to see me again.

I have noticed during my many visits to Dr Webster's office that he and his entire staff have perfect teeth, and very attractive smiles. It all leads me to believe that I'm going to be treated well.

They are super fast and friendly at check in, and Dr Webster is great at telling you what he’s doing every step of the way. I hate dentists, but I enjoy going to Dr Webster’s.
