Everyone in this practice is AMAZING! I am a nervous patient who has had many bad experiences in the past with dentists. This practice takes care of you like family. They never make me feel silly for being a nervous patient and go out of their way to be kind, caring , and compassionate. I love how they give you a treatment plan up front as well as taking the time to explain the plan and cost. My whole family comes here and I can’t think of going anywhere else.
My husband has been coming here since he was a child. I also go here as well as my oldest son. Everybody is so friendly. They treat their patients like family and provide the best care. They are absolutely amazing people that work here and I would definitely recommend anyone to this dental office! :
I love this place! Every employee is kind, considerate, and empathetic. I had a fear of dentists after a bad experience, and the team at North Suburban Dental of Mundelein worked with me to alleviate those fears. I *almost* look forward to my visits now.
Dr Watson is fantastic! She has a beautiful personality and her bedside manner is lovely. All of her support staff are charming as well. Everyone I encountered at this practice was warm, encouraging and great at their respective position’s. Very pleased to have found this place.

Dr. Watson and her entire team were so welcoming, friendly, and informative. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and I’m so fortunate to have connected with Dr. Watson. I finally have a plan in place to get the care I need for my oral health. I highly recommend this team!
Previous to north suburban dental, i had the same dentist for 25years. He has become more a d mlre difficult to schedule with and always trying to get me to go to his associates. Since making the recent change probably going on 2 years i could not be happier! The office staff are wonderful, the hygienist is spectacular, and the doctor is amazing! Caroline is always timely and does excellent work!
Upon arriving, 2/2 visits I have been called in immediately, after friendly staff greets me. Technician cleaned my teeth, some pleasant conversation, then dentist views my teeth, thankfully a good report! Staff offered help with insurance inquiry, Then on my way!
The entire staff is wonderful! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had a great experience here from the front desk, hygienists, and physicians. I highly recommend North Suburban Dental!
Dr Watson is fantastic. And her staff is by far the most attentive..I hate the dentist but they have made my visits so much better..I give them a rating of 100 ++++++.. They really have changed me. I’m a regular guy now. It’s just crazy. Thank you Thank you
