Wedgewood caters to adult ambulatory residents who do not need skilled nursing care, but who do need some oversight of their day to day affairs.
Most Wedgewood residents are able to perform activities of daily living with minimal help from our caring staff, who encourage all residents to be as independent as possible.
Wedgewood staff are truly dedicated to the wellbeing of all our residents, and or encouraged by management to;
• Empower our residents to be as independent as possible, and to live up to their full potential
• Help with management of all medical care, including specialist in order to
maintain optimal health
• Assist with assessment of social and mental health needs in order to guide the residents to local services to serve their needs and interests
