Steven Weinberger
Steven Weinberger is licensed in the States of California and Arizona. He has litigated and tried cases nationwide. He has nearly three decades of complex catastrophic injury and commercial litigation experience in a variety of specialties, and is AV rated by Martindale. For many years Steve practiced exclusively in the product liability field representing both manufacturers and consumers. In this very technical area, Steve spent several years representing Class 8 truck manufacturers in highly complex crashworthiness litigation arising out of tractor-trailer accidents, often resulting in death or catastrophic bodily injuries. Steve has also litigated product liability cases involving products such as firearms and holsters, electric and gas heaters, gas and fluid valves, automobiles and aircraft. Michael Medina
Michael Medina is an Arizona native who grew up in the small mining community of Bagdad, Arizona. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 1989, Michael received a Patricia Roberts Harris Fellowship to attend Creighton University School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1992. Michael is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Attorney’s Information Exchange Group, and Million Dollar Trial Lawyers, among other prestigious groups of consumer attorneys. Michael has spent the last two decades tirelessly representing plaintiffs in suits against tire manufacturers and vehicle manufacturers, along with other cases involving products liability, insurance law, personal injury, motor carriers, and appellate practice. He has personally recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
