Scott is awesome. We had someone initially amend my mother's Will. When my mother died, there was all kinds of confusion. We referred to Scott by another attorney. He graciously agreed to step in and help us sort things out. We ended up settling it all within a couple of months with no issues. I then had him draw up my sister's Will. I wouldn't have another lawyer touch anything in regards to Estate Planning. He's sharp and knows the laws.

Scott was so helpful in explaining the info I was looking for. I was in need of a beneficiary deed for my house. It was quick and simple. . He agreed to do an appointment over the phone as I could not make it into the office during their open hours. I never felt rushed. I will also be doing a trust with him in the next several months. Scott Welch is a very personable and knowledgeable estate attorney who takes the time to fully explain the process and listen to the concerns of the client. He put our minds at ease on numerous concerns we had related to estate planning. We particularly liked the fixed fee estate planning which takes away the worry about huge attorney fees when planning the disposition of your estate. Scott is also a veteran and former military attorney which provided me an added level of comfort. Marci, his Office Manager, was also very helpful and responsive when Scott was unavailable.
