I not had anything but good experiences. Between the two doctors the wait is pretty fast. I never make an appointment, just come in as needed. The staff has been friendly, but they are super busy. If you like a real chatty place where you can visit at length with the clerks and administrative folks this is probably not for you. The physicians are a different matter. Never do I feel rushed or like we've run out of time when discussing a question or concern with the doctors. Nice folks providing good health care.
My mom normally was OK to wait. But it became ridiculous after 2-3 hours wait with an empty stomach my mom is a diabetic, my mom quit. Just because there were some kind of disagreements between nurses, they could not draw blood. Are you kidding me? Then my mom went back 2 days later. Once again, they made my mom wait for 2-3 hours without explanations. Come on, all she needed was a blood test!!!! My mom got angry and left. Doctors were good, but...
This is a terrible place of business. The people who work here don't even care for you. The service not to mention if horrific especially the front desk people . We sat there for nearly 35 mins for them to print the results of a mammogram, just to realize that they forgot about us. Even when we made an appointment 1 hr. Earlier that exact day. We had to constantly nag at them for to do their job. A appointment that was suppose to last 20 mins. Lasted 2 hours for us. The employee's at the front desk had the worst service I've ever seen so far in my life. They have no manners, or respect for their patients'. Two of the women in the front desk were reading newspapers and socializing instead of helping the patients with their needs. This is not the first time this happened either, This happens every time I walk into that clinc. If you're planning to go to this clinic I highly recommend you find another place useless you want to feel like your service isn't appreciated. I wish i could rate this place a 0 out of 5 stars because even giving it 1 star is giving this place too much credit they don't deserve.
The front guy said would be quick. More than 2 hours of waiting and when it's finally my turn the doctor is rushing me and not helpful at all. Go somewhere else for your treatment!
The doctors are pretty nice and you don’t need to schedule an appointment and it is great for Chinese immigrants because they speak Chinese. The downside is that you will have to wait quite a while to see them.
Horrible wait but they'll always say "very fast" if you ask for how long. We could've at least went groceries or something. People who work here don't give any f***'s. Not to mention. They charge for all follow ups. Money grabby and poorly run.
The doctors are nice. There are too many patients on weekends, prepare for a long wait if visit on weekends.
No need to make reservation, you can go whenever you need to go to see doctor. But you may need to wait for a while.
Horrible experience. They only care about your money, and very rude.
It is an excellent clinic, they always help me even though I don't know English, they always try to explain everything to me.
