Fabulous experience! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. She loves hydrangeas so I wanted to be sure they were included. The arrangement was delivered quickly and without issue and looked exactly like the photo I saw on their website. I would highly recommend Wellington Florist.
The flower arrangements are gorgeous, their customer service is top-notch, and Leann Adubato was wonderful in helping with a minor issue I experienced with flowers sent by my boyfriend. Based on this alone I highly recommend them. They delivered one of the most visually stunning arrangements I have ever seen, were prompt to pick up their phone on one of their busiest days of the year, and patiently listen; they also were quite fast to respond by email and take immediate action to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. They earn a solid 10 out of 10. Thank you so very much, I will not hesitate to order from Wellington Florists next time I need an arrangement.
Heidi is the best. She goes above and beyond. The whole staff and owner are wonderful. I had an issue - all my fault - last year for a prom corsage. They jumped in and didn’t miss a beat and helped me. They are so knowledgeable, kind, creative, and caring. Beautiful beautiful beautiful arrangements and I’ve bought gorgeous plants, too.

I send flowers to my best friend from Wellington Florists often. I have to say every photo I have seen of their work had been gorgeous! The flowers live long and stay so beautiful! I always call same day sorry! but somehow they always get delivered on time. Also worth mentioning their customer service is absolutely excellent. I have, unfortunately had to send flowers to her for a couple of sad occasions, and I was blown away by their kindness and compassion, and even helped me write one of the cards when it was too difficult for me to express myself. Highly recommend!!
Called my order in over the phone since i do not live in Florida & was helped by Shelby & Jordan. They were the sweetest. I was really specific with my entire order & they were patient with me the whole time. The arrangement came out beautiful. I have been using Wellington Florist for years and they are fantastic. The arrangements they send are beautiful and I will always use them. The staff is wonderful and they will go out of their way if you are sending something that is not local, to make sure that who they recommend does what they are told to do.
