This community use to be pressure washed and kept cleaned for years. Recently new Management Has yet to take any action to keep community clean, there are roaches in hall ways and Even 10-15 cats running wild like a zoo. New manager Has demanded several Residents to take down ornaments and other things from their apartment doors and windows for his own Desires but yet to take responsibility to keep community clean! Even A building with residents are currently living with Mold! The solution for them is to mask the problems and not even fix it, from Problems from Leaks from upper units to community even controlling your thermostats not caring for customer electrical bills. There will be a day when unfortunately anyone of those residents contract illness or even pass away in a unit to see how fast this community take care of the issue or even gets SUED for putting elderly people in danger. It’s Highly Recommended to Seek Legal Advice if your one of those residents.
Management isn’t concerned with your requests. They will turned it around on you and tell you, you have to fix it. Feral cats run around and poop everywhere and when you ask for pressure washing they ignore you. Jessica in the office will tell you what you want to hear and not doing anything about issues on the property. You go without a/c and they tell you to de clutter your home . Do not rent from here. There is no storage. Your car will get broken into regularly. You will have wrongful notices on your door for evictions. Save yourself the headache.

These apartments are as nice on the inside as they are on the outside. Update floor plans and appliances. I appreciate being apart of this community.
These apartments used to be clean, quiet, and nice. Since the new manager came on the hallway stairs don't get cleaned. The garbage is piling up outside the dumpster, and all kinds of people be in the pool. I even saw a group of people smoking weed in the parking lot one night.
Beautiful apartments and a very well kept neighborhood... however it’s not worth living there... you get absolutely no privacy as they do often “apartment checks” which you don’t have any say or choice on. They come in if you’re home or not even if you ask them not too, it seemed like they always had a excuse to have to come in peoples apartments. Upon move in we were told not to worry about the carpet and that it gets changed regardless after each resident. When we moved out they charged $400 for a few stains on the carpet, $5 for shutting the electric off before moving out. Very money hungry which i find distasteful for a income based apartment.
Very nice apartment complex but the management staff is very unprofessional Be prepared mentally to work with Jessica and Adriana , they were very rude. One day my husband went in and was immediately talked down to. What they are really good at is testing your patience. This will turn away many potential renters , please work on your customer service.
Having good customer service skills mean a lot. I spoke to young lady named Brittany. She didn't have the answer to all of my question but she said she would get back with me. She returned my call within an hour with the answer. Keeping your word says a lot about Who You. Thank you Britney and keep up the good work Wellington apartment.
The Management team, Brittney and Jessica are very professional and friendly. Jessica is very knowledgeable and kind. Brittney is extremely friendly and her laughter is contagious! Thank you for your excellent customer service!
I don't live here but already a shady experience. I applied for apartment only to find out the income limitations via email AFTER I sent $75 application fee. Pretty frustrating considering it is non refundable and I may have missed it but browsing the website I couldn't find information on income limits. I make over the amount and moving to Florida.
