Been here going on 4 years . Was promised new carpet due tenants before us destroyed it. Still waiting. Very old appliances from late 70's
Made me jump through hoops to get an approval for two straight weeks only to deny me because they said I owed my last apartment 7000.00???!!! Which was completely false I looked into it it was only 350.00 ‍, I was approved for a different apartment in a way better part of town a week later. They are very unorganized steer clear, Bray co is an absolute mess!!
Don't move here. Neighbors vandalize and break into cars, garbage piles up by the dumpsters, litter and potholes everywhere, loud music at all hours of the night, appliances break every month. This is the Bray Co's very own ghetto.
I choose to do a sub lease they wouldn’t fix anything but told me that I wouldn’t get charged for no damages I didn’t do so I still choose to move in I put my full deposit down and once I choose to move out they took my check told me I was getting charged for the damages I didn’t do then the rest of the check the lied told me they sent it out to an address I never gave them without calling or emailing me saying they sent it out so when I came to talk to the Apartment director he told me he was going to do anything about it and that he’s not talking to a person like me. I’m a 19 year old black female that’s moved out here as soon as I turned 18 I always paid my rent on time and never had any problems now I’m moved out they are trying to steal my deposit and now he can’t talk to somebody like me‍. Still in the middle of trying to get my money back I just wanted to leave my experience with them so don’t nobody come in blind sided and I do have a video to prove it.
My experience was Amazing, Bobbie was so awesome, she gave me a walk through of a unit which was perfect for my needs along with sharing the amenities they have to offer. she also was able to answer all of my questions with pure patience. Thank you!
I really loved Wellington Woods. I only moved due to space. Our family out grew the apartment. Bobby the property manager was so nice and professional. When ever I needed work to my place it was done right and quickly. The Location was perfect! Never had any issues. Thank you Bobby for all the times we would share a laugh at all of my deliveries. I would still be there if they offered 3 bedrooms. The price was Great. We lived there 4 years and enjoyed all 4 years. I recommend Wellington Woods!!
I currently live here. Overall not a bad place to live. Very quiet but sometimes parking can be a pain to deal with but my neighbors are very quiet and friendly. Heat and air works very well for me and I don't have a super high electric bill like most other places usually do. I just wish you could schedule maintenance appointments though but not a deal breaker. Definitely suggest this place, just watch the first speed bump! Lol
I was a 7 year tennant. Have always had a great experience with management. Apartment was spacious, nice views and great area for walking, running and biking. The prices are very reasonable. would recommend them.
So I have been here for a little over a year. From the time I moved in I have had nothing but good experiences. With this being my first apartment and moving here from my hometown I was very worried. Everyone in the leasing office has been super friendly and had no problem working with me. They give adequate notice when they need to spray for bugs, maintenance does a great job of getting issues fixed within a few days, usually the day after you put in a request. I have yet to see any roaches or bed bugs. The grounds keepers are out almost daily picking up trash and mowing the yards. Also, the complex is in a very convenient area being right beside 270.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This place has turned into the slums since Bray Co has taken over. The property manager is very rude and they never address tenants concerns or issues. I have been here for over 5 years and have seen this place gradually turned into one of the most unsafe apartment complexes. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease thanks to the horrible living conditions and manager Bobbie. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!
