Usually much quicker than the bigger branch on Brand. They also have better appointment times for opening accounts, and the banker who opened my son's first teen account was really helpful. They could have more tellers available to aid wait times even more, and then they'd earn 5 stars.
The worse experience I have ever had! The branch manager, Janet, was rude! I have seen her talking with customers with arrogance before, and today, I had a chance to experience it! I wonder how wellsfargo promotes this kind of people! Never going to have any dealings with this bank!

Annabel Avetyan, Discriminates against Mexicans. Walked in there 2 Apply 4 an Auto Loan and she told me that I Couldn't Apply 4 an Auto Loan there. I then Ask her if it's just This Branch or All Wells Fargo Banks. She in Turn Says All of Them which was a Lie. If ur Mexican and walk in2 this Branch u Won't get any Help from Her.
All the bankers are friendly and go above and beyond to provide the best service to their community. Suzy is especially a good banker here.
I only came here because this bank is the issuer of the insurance check I receive. Big mistake terrible customer service treated me like the check was fake then after verifying the check still had bad attitude. The manager on site Nune was who had the most judgment and assumptions mind you I was even in a suit today and the check was less then 4000$ find another wells Fargo if it's an option.
Worse Costumer service receive from a guy named David M. it's amazing to me when i experience someone that behaves in a bad way specially if they are and Costumer service. I walked in the bank to cash a check and the teller offer to open a bank account then David a big guy approached me through the divider looked at me and said "what"? As in what do you want. I was wearing at shirt and jeans not very pretentious and obviously did not impress David. I just smiled and thank you walked away. Wells Fargo should know that wells Fargo has been accused of many bad, unethical behaviors in the past and should try harder to change that.
I have an account with Wells Fargo and this bank would not exchange my damaged currency and told me it was too damaged and wouldn't even scan the bills. All needed numbers were visible and I had to walk to the next Wells Fargo who happily took my money. It's worth the walk or drive to the next store avoid here
Unprofessional staff who don’t help customers in financial need as what they suppose to do. I had credit card cheque from my friend and these people including the manager said that it will take 6 months to get clear.. tell your friend to give cash. I’ve been WF customer from last three years. I went to Bank of America which is next block and they processed my cheque even when I didn’t have my BOA debit card with me, I got money in 3 days, that’s called helping customer in financial services! Whoever trained theses unprofessional and rude staff to this specific branch didn’t do good job.
Horrible customer service. Went in to deposit three vendor checks into my business account, They refused 2 of the 3 because the check was made out to my name, even though my name was is on the deposit slip of my business account. When I told them I have never had this problem before at this branch or any other and that these were, in fact, business checks that I had signed with my name and my business account's name, they still refused to honor it. In the end, they didn't deposit any checks, including the one that was made out to my business account. I just shook my head, said "Fine." and walked out. I will not go back to this branch and now I have to figure out what Wells Fargo did online to make it difficult for me to deposit checks since I am the sole owner of the business and, therefore, should have my name on the account.
