Understaffed is a understatement. Stopped in to make a simple change to my accounts and waited 45 minutes to meet with the one, and only representative on staff. Ridiculous.
Been to this bank for a while and have had no issues and one teller named Kyoko has always been super kind and helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me leaving this review because she deserves the credit for always helping me out
I really like using wells fargo! It a friendly place, and I'm glad I bank there!
Customer service personnel spend too much time talking to customers about personal issues while you wait in the lobby for service. Very reluctant to help you without an appointment, you'll wait a long time. If you need to come back for another service they suggest that you make an appointment online, that's ridiculous when they're holding your money. Try another bank.
Brianna was the Teller who helped me, She was awesome and patient. I came in there already stressed out about trying to cash a check, she was very knowledgeable and has great customer service she answered all my questions even after I kept repeating them trying to get a understanding
Absolutely the work bank I've ever been to. The bankers were very rude told us the didn't have time we could wait though and we waited 1hr and 14 mins and we're closing before helping us.
I recently received a call from one of the tellers missed her name concerning a suspicious check against my account. It was a bogus check for $1,100+ and out of sequence. A great heads up by this teller that saved us all money and headaches. Thank you!
Fantastic service! Most likely the best banking experience I've had up to date! I worked with Lisa who spent a lot of time, making sure that I well-informed and understood all that was going on. She set up new accounts for me, and told me several other options that would be available to me in the near future. Definitely recommend, and will definitely go back! I feel much more confident in my financial future.
It’s ALWAYS an issue If I want to cash a check or withdraw money from this branch. Poor customer service to say the least. Older lady once told me I need to call before with drawing a large amount of money. It was 1100.00 dollars!!!!! She said “the bank isn’t equipped for large withdrawals like this.” Take your business elsewhere, I am.
Have been with Wells Fargo for over 12 years. They have come a long way in customer service since. I see no reason to change now.
