I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for years and had many ups and downs but wanted to post a review because I had great experience today. Laura at the teller desk was super helpful answering questions I had about my old savings bonds and she was very nice and patient. I give her 5 stars but made it 4 because I have other issues with Wells Fargo Bank as a whole not this Branch.
Wells Fargo is the absolutel worst bank to deal with. They continue to engage in deceptive banking practices and whenever you go into the local branch to try and resolve anything they basically say there is nothing they can do to help you.
Went there for opening a safe box and notarizing documents. Vanessa was super helpful and knew what she was doing. She always had a smile and answered all our questions patiently.
Wells Fargo lost a loyal customer for 10 years BC they decided to close my account for it being negative $4 dollars!! $4 dollars! After 10 years, I should have received the respect of a phone call to inform me that if I don't pay my negative $4 after so many days that they close my account!! Or an email!!! Nothing! And they will be losing a neighbors account as well who does a lot of business with them. Off to find a new bank!! Way to treat loyal customers Wells Fargo!!!
Horrible customer experience. Was told by Nicole that she could notarize a form and then show up only to be told by her that she will not notarize a form, claiming she could go to jail if we manipulate the document insinuating we are criminals. This after having two checking accounts, a savings, and a mortgage all through Wells Fargo. I will not be back. I'll stick with the Phoenixville branch where they value their customer relationships!
I took my 91 year old father to the drive thru today. He thought he had filled out the deposit slip with his account # and totaled his two checks. He didn't put the correct account # on it and his math was $2 off. Instead of offering help to correct it she sent it right back out and belittled his error. Its called customer service & i think she needs to be taught or loose her job. I don't know her name but had dark hair.
Although some of the tellers are not very chipper and there's that one lady who uses her window as a office and hasn't helped a customer while I was in there, this bank is definitely one of the better banks I've been in. The tellers are knowledgeable and the manager is actually available to assist. The back room reps are helpful, suggest new products, but are not pushy.
Worst bank ever they just hold peoples hard earned money whenever they want for 10 days and refuse to help get it back as soon as i can get my money i will no longer be banking here
Called for assistance on a 401k account and was provided misleading information.
