Wells Fargo Bank

Be careful at the ATM!! People are getting robbed there. The police are aware and apparently it's "not their job to watch the ATM" and are only taking the theifs names/info and letting them go with your money. Please be careful!!! Update; police are now "working on it" not sure exactly what that entails. The Wells Fargo bank tellers were a great help and very personable. They've always been great. Manager was iffy though. She came in and made it seem as if we had done something wrong. Update; was told by an unnamed corporate employee if we had been banking at a credit union we would have gotten our money back. No luck here though. Other than nice tellers, this bank is no good. Looking into new ones in the area.

Horrible customer service. I need to cancel a check, drove up here from Sterling and not only is the branch completely closed, no one is available on the phone number on the front door. Went through drive-thru and was told I just need to call the main customer service. Completely wasted a trip. Be careful. Their own website does not reflect their current hours of business

Awesome service in a great location for anyone passing through from Clinton or elsewhere in eastern Iowa. I have really enjoyed continuing to bank with Taylor, who used to work at the Southpark Mall location in Moline. She always puts a smile on my face, and I’ve never seen her have a bad day. Keep rockin’ Wells Fargo, and I’m proud to be a customer!

The worst service ever. That people won’t even give us a service. They was just hurry to leave. Said we cannot even make a deposit. And if we did it will take more than 10 days to appear in our account.

A little drive from my town but worth it! They're always so polite and helpful! Small bank so wait to speak to a banker is not long.

Professional customer service and the branch manager was easy to talk to, very good in technology and was able to block unwanted transaction quickly. Amazing service and very satisfied.

I called and set up an appointment. They were super helpful and carried themselves professionally. Just wish there was one closer to me.
