Wells Fargo Bank

We have recently had two unfortunate breaches of our privacy with our Wells Fargo accounts. Both times Shanesha walked us through the solution, was patient and prompt informing us what was going on. We appreciate her professionalism during these stressful matters!! 5 stars for Shanesha at the Wells Fargo Marketplace branch in Alex City, Alabama.

Call the bank , introduced myself, indicated that I had a checking account with the bank and was interested in a small loan $5000+ for twelve months. Girl said well we would have to run a credit check and interest would be between 9.9% and 22%. You would think that they might would check to see how much money I had in their bank, what my current credit rating was they provide this monthly to me and even see what they could do to make this a painless procedure?? No, cut and dried!! Will be moving my account to another bank as soon as I can.

This bank has been declining in service for a long time. No transaction is easy. They make it difficult for you to cash checks. It’s even worst when you go in and want to take a large amount from your owe account. The staff is not polite at all. Glad we are cutting our ties with them. We have been at this location since it was South Trust.

Tried to deposit cash into my wife's checking account . Teller informed me she could not take a cash deposit because I didn't have her id. It's funny that the ATM didn't complain about the same cash. Just another reason why I changed banks.

It always takes so long just to deposit money..The atm seems to be working maybe half the time... Is there another wells fargo in alex city al? The wells Fargos in baldwin county ars much better

We have had trouble several times just trying to deposit checks into our checking account! It seems one particular teller in the drive through is responsible for this! If we where going to cash a check written to us and keep the money I could see a little more but going into our checking account I donot understand! It has got to the point we are going to another bank after 20 years with ya'll!

They act a little snobby there, not all of them, but enough for me to not go except on Saturdays and ONLY if i really got to. Also, i run a business and 1 time i went to get a bunch of rolled coins. Once given to me, there was NO way i could carry all them rolled coins and 5s, 1s, 10s, etc without something to put them in. But, the teller looked at me, waiting for me to collect and go.. when i asked for something to put them in i got looked at funny and she said they had nothing to put them in and thought i brought something to put them in. This was all last second for me, i didn't know i needed all that till i got a call from an employee of mine... so, after explaining how the NICE ladies at the other branch usually give me an empty coin box to use, magically she came up with an empty penny box. But, also didn't bother to help me fill it up either. The branch one jefferson street is so much better!! Love the ladies over there! They do EVERYTHING they can to make life so much easier on me, while wearing a REAL smile on their faces! Too bad i got to go today... they really should open the jefferson branch on Saturdays, might get a little more business... just sayin...

Professional, friendly, and very helpful staff. All around great banking experience.

Love this branch. Prefer this one over any in alabama we have been to. Very friendly, knows customers by name. Would recommend to anyone.
