I would not use this bank. I booked an appointment for 1pm and it is almost 3pm. I have been sitting here for 3 hours. If you wanna waste your time while you could be hanging out with your family or doing something more productive than do NOT come to this bank. There service sucks.THIS MAN HAS BEEN SITTING HERE FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS AND HAS TAKEN TO LONG.
I’m tired of Wells Fargo. Tired of spending so much time at WF. In the past 2 months I have had my deposits adjusted 4 times. I don’t know if the checks aren’t being scanned properly or if it’s teller error. Either way, they like to blame the checks not liking to be scanned . If that’s an issue, then there should be procedures set in place to avoid it rather than letting it happen repeatedly. They have removed the money from my account only to put it back after I contest the error and it takes 10 days! I don’t know what to do at this point. Plus the wait at this branch is soooo long.
The South branch in cedar city UT is the worst banking experience I have had in a long time. They are uncaring. And unorganized.
I was so disappointed about the customer service from the store. First of all, I think it is insane that the bankers in the store won't help us or at least trying to understand our needs, and problems. They will right away suggest you to call the number of the customer service on your debit card. Earlier this week, I was talking about my problems with a banker from the store, she did not even tried to understand my explanation, and she refused to complete my request because of some of the policies of Wells Fargo. Thanks to God, I was able to figure out, and find solutions to my problems with the customer service over the phone, but I was upset that the banker in the store wouldn't make the effort to help me and therefore, I did not have a great experience with Well Fargo. I look forward to change my primary bank because it has been years since I am disappointed with the services of Wells Fargo.
You come in to Bank open a account and there’s a Braylie Tullis personal banker who has the worst customer service, she will sit at her desk and not address any customers that are sitting and waiting to be helped. She should not be helping public it gives Wells Fargo a bad image.
Just found out...Wells Fargo will not accept CASH!!!??? I tried to put $60 in my son's account. I was told that they would accept a check or money order but no cash. That is incredible...how is cash not good??? how is a check better than cash??? This policy seems totally backwards. So glad that Wells Fargo is NOT my primary bank!
I've had a great experience with these people. Very polite, very professional. I have PTSD and am very shy. So, sometimes it's hard for me to make eye contact. These people treat me with dignity irregardless. Very pleased with this particular Wells Fargo.
In the drive thru, A teller had us endorse my husband's check to me so we could deposit into my account before telling us they couldnt take it. We couldnt take the check anywhere else because it had already been endorsed. It was a huge hassle to solve the problem on our own.
Mindy who works there is one of the most amazing customer service people I have ever met. She ingratiates you and does everything she can to make your experience positive. So full of charm and smiles!
Rude. The tellers here will take any opportunity they can to make you feel like an idiot or that you’re bothering them. Use the drive up ATM at all costs so you don’t have to deal with anyone who works here in person.
