Switch your bank account they will hold all of your money. We have a good chunk of money, they cancelled my debit cards and basically told me I can’t spend my money unless I come take it out.
I would give zero stars if I could. This bank NEVER has enough tellers to service the amount of customers they have. It means you have to wait 15 minutes in line no matter what. So frustrating!
Went in with my mom to drop off some wic checks. An older lady came in and she had seem really uneasy and just wanted someone to answer her question. But the worker goes on raising her voice at the older lady got really upset and left.
There was a lady with a iPad she was directing people to do things but was not able to help people at the counter. One teller helping inside one helping drive thru. No one else helping people in line! Ridiculous
Possibly the worst Wells Fargo branch in existence. For the last two months I have been working on a personal manner for family member to make sure I can manage their obligations for them. First a team member had me fill out paperwork that needed to be completed off site. I brought the paperwork back a week later, came into the branch with no greeting. I walked back to a man Scott sitting at his desk and asked if he could help me as there was no one waiting to which he said 'you'll have to make an appointment.' So I did make an appointment for the following friday. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told to wait, which I did for 40 minutes while he finished his 'appointment'. I walked back to his desk when summoned, he took my paperwork, scanned it in and said 'alright you're good to go!' This exchange took less than 90 seconds. Why did I need an appointment for that? Why could that not have been taken care of the previous friday when there was no one at his desk? The paperwork is then processed and I call into check status, I wait on hold with the branch for an hour and am then told to call the 800 customer service. They processed the application, but I still do not have access to the correct accounts. Fast forward to now, I speak with a rep at a different branch who tells me 'hey, sorry about that but they had you fill out the wrong paperwork.' I am now waiting the 7-10 business days for the right paperwork to be mailed to me. Take your money elsewhere, they do not care about you. Based on the previous review, they probably will not even see this one.
Good to see I am not the only unhappy customer. Even their complaint department doesn't really get the problem isn't they do what they said or solve my problem. The real problem is they never contacted me about anything after promising to contact me in a day or 2. 6 times promised. 6 times not contacted for a week.
Like others have said; this has to be the absolute WORST wells fargo one could visit. Bankers stand around talking with each other, won't see customers unless appointment is made all while lobby is empty of patrons. Stood in line for 30mins with 1 window open just to ask to see a banker.
Hate Wells Fargo! If I Could Rate A Zero I Would , They Suck , Susan The Teller Is Absolutely RUDE, & Cant Even Do Her Job, & The Manager Is Just As Dumb As Her , I Will Never Come Back, Worst Customer Service Ever , I’ve Been A Customer Since 2011 & What Happen Today Was The Last Straw!
It's a bank..... can be slow sometimes, but overall they give me my money when I go there.
Been banking here for over 10 years and watching the quality drop off has been horrifying. The branch no longer even answers the phone.
