Long wait just to ask some questions about a business account that was to be transferred over to me. In the end, the teller and the security guard were kind and gave great service and care, which saved this review. 5 stars for them and for the drive through ATM, but it was a bit understaffed.
Lines out the door 30 people deep. Not worth the wait.
This bank is closed. Only ATM's are open. It was a good bank in it's day. But it is totally closed right now. Don't waist your time coming over here, unless it's for the ATM.
Doesn't seem to bother them they have customers waiting. 5 tellers up front and a woman and I were standing in line over 15 mins and no one seemed to care or even look at us but a gentleman walked in with deposit from his job and was immediately helped as soon as he walked in by a teller while the other lady and I stood there waiting..not even looked at or spoken to by a teller. NOPE! I went next door to Citibank and was in & out..I am going to open a new account with Citibank as well since they were so great! Feel way better being with a bank that treats their customers like #1 priority.
My fiancée, who runs a business in Gardena, can't leave work all day long enough to save time to go to the bathroom to provide a satisfactory service to the customer, so I have to take the responsibility of going to the bank to save money almost every day. However, it is very unpleasant to meet the manager Jennifer and Randy at this branch in the morning. I've never seen them say hello, and when I deposit with a Debit Card, I treat them as if they were interrogating at the police station sometimes preventing deposits rather than withdrawals, as if they were a customer as if my sons and daughters were similar in age The service is messed up as if I'm dealing with it, so I don't like to face such rude humans from the morning, but as a business owner, I have to go somewhere close because I have to be busy in the morning. When it comes to business with the staff, there is no problem, but there is a trick that makes you feel like a warrior who occasionally appears somewhere and goes to work to fight customers. Perhaps looking at these two reviews, I will guess that it is not my own feelings. I don't understand how they are manager with a service spirit that doesn't have basics. Or, if they have a personality problem, they better go to the doctor, and I don't know why they're giving their crooked minds to customers. They are not really professional, I'm really sorry for the time I had to write this article. I was shocked by Wells Fargo to see such a rude manager working in the service industry of the bank. This is the point I want to never go again. Until a new manager comes.
The worst Wells Fargo branch I've ever visited. They've never had a sense of urgency but today they proved their customer service is lacking as well. I walked in an explained my debit card was cancelled, they asked me to wait 10-15 minutes for a temporary one. It was a half hr wait only for the same person to tell me they couldn't help me without my ID. Why didn't he specify when I first told him what I needed? Then, the teller, Christy, had the gall to be annoyed that I was upset about not being able to take my money out. She made a whole deal about how she was just doing her job. However, once our business was done I wished her a good day, she did not respond and barely acknowledged it. How can you say you're doing your job when when you're completely disregarding customer service? Just absolute trash. I will be closing my account once my debit card comes in thanks to this branch.
Stopped by to deposit my check and waited in line which went quickly and noticed a gentleman wearing no mask while in line outside and he asked the security officer about water and the officer replied that there was no water inside, and was allowed in to make his Banking transactions WITHOUT ! A mask or any face covering the gentleman stated he had breathing issues which prevented him from wearing a mask and eventually placed a face covering on his face after being in line inside the Bank for a period 5 to 10 minutes. I care for a senior who is considered a high risk for contracting the Corona Virus and I do not wish to contract or pass on to anyone else because of another person's failure of not wearing a face covering and may or may not be showing signs of being infected as we are seeing a spike in cases of people contracting the virus. This is not acceptable behavior on any level , it is wreckless . That customer should have not been let inside the Bank until a face covering was already in place. I informed the guard that the person should not have been let in. One other customer also brought it to the guards attention.
They always have enough staff and tellers. The line is usually 5-10 minutes which is much better than other banks in the area. The only reason for the 2 stars is the personal bankers workings there, their only concern is how many accounts they can open. No customer service whatsoever.
I just opened an account at this location and let me just say that I rarely write any reviews whether they're positive or negative. Anyways, I had the pleasure of opening an account with the help of Arely Quiroz and she was amazing. She was so patient with us and answered all of our questions. I wanted to inform her manager but the manager was not around so I decided to just leave a google review. Thank you Arely for the amazing experience and patience.
Don't have "Randy" one of the managers...Help you here, you'll regret it. Unfortunately the staff is the problem you will be waiting in a long line, there worst two days around are Fridays and sometimes Mondays. If you can get past all this you found yourself a mediocre experience , clean, ample parking, unfortunately pore customer service, you name it it's all here. There's also a drive through ATM and outside front entrance ATM and also a back entrance ATM. What more can you ask for? Except better people working here? Seriously the people here need more improvement.
