Tremendous and very helpful staff. I was visiting from out of state and couldn’t get through to someone to discuss my paid off auto loan. The staff at this location went above and beyond to quickly connect me with someone from Wells Fargo Auto to resolve my issues and were very compassionate and kind. Highly recommend!

I want to share a wonderful experience, I had at the Shawnee Wells Fargo location. I was first helped out by Daniel, one of the bankers, who assisted me with clearing up some issues, so I could open a bank account. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue, and assisted me with getting my account opened, so I could get a check deposited. I came back in later the same day and was greeted by Larisa, who was also very professional and knowledgeable, she patiently took the time to help me set up a temporary Apple Pay card on my cell phone, so I could have access to the funds I deposited quicker , until I received my debit card in the mail. I highly recommend this location, if you’re looking for a new bank account, that comes with a five star customer service experience.

I do not even use Wells Fargo, but I had to leave a review. I had an issue with a scammer trying to convince me that he was from Wells Fargo and that someone had applied for a business loan in my name. I figured it was a scammer, but at the same time, I was terrified that it might be true. I called this location, and Daniel answered rather promptly. He checked to make sure if someone had taken a loan in my name, and sure enough, no one had. Thank you Wells Fargo, for being professional while I was freaking out.

I get wells fargo busy but even without appointments you should still help customers it's no wonder why chase is better they open accounts even without appointments I know cause I work for chase

Came here for an appointment at 4:00 15 minutes early while they weren't busy and wasn't helped until 15+minutes after my appointment was. Watched one of the employees chase after a customer holding their card they forgot and the store manager blatantly said out loud "of course it's not an easy name to hell out either" while acting annoyed. Not a very good look on their company or this location.

This bank is ridiculous! They tell you to set an appointment, then you show up 15 min before you appointment, they aren't busy, but don't get to you for 10, 15, sometimes 20 min after the appointment time!!! Sometimes I wonder why I still bank here!!!! Also at this bank the customer is never right! Just thought I'd let everyone else know.

I just closed on my mortgage deal and the rates was market competitive to say the list. Big thank you to my credit fixer Mr. @royalbladeworks on IG for the credit score boost. I was approved @ 788 CS.

If I could give this place a zero start I would!!! The rudeness my mom had to go through today was unacceptable simply for being Hispanic. She even asked the teller if she had a problem with her because of her race, the Clark or teller name Ashley rudely slammed a sheet and told my my mom she had to sign. Mind you my mom speaks English but with a very strong accent. There was no reason for this person name Ashley to be this rude. Horrible customer service !

Always extremely slow, today I stood in line while Larisa helped two people that walked in after me and I had to ask to be helped after she helped them. No drive through, an inconveniently located Atm outside that frequently has long lines to use in the weather.

I come here regularly, at least 3-5 times a week to make my company deposits, so I am quite familiar with this location and their staff. The tellers here are SUPER friendly, VERY accurate, but still get you in and out QUICKLY! I appreciate their dedicated service to great banking! I've never had to stand in line more than a couple of minutes, even when there was 13 people in line ahead of me, on a payday Friday, when 2 people called in sick. Are you picking up what I'm putting down? Great bank!
