My experience was great at this brunch. I’ve had the appointment, but showed up 3 hours earlier than appointed time . Was very politely approached by WF staff and within minutes was taken care of. Mercedes was very helpful and attentive. Keep up the great job guys
If I could not spend this star badly, because in reality, this office can not be classified as a bank. I had my appointment for 2:30 p.m. I explained to the lady that I was arriving early because I had a medical appointment, very kindly, after waiting 1 hour, the agent who was supposed to see me decided that since I had arrived so early it was more convenient for him to wait 45 min for your 1pm appointment to arrive before mine is brought forward. Anyway, I wasted my time and left those two little people resting after their lunch hour because they definitely don't have the desire to work. The manager of this bank should make a better selection when hiring, because they really don't want to work and as we know the most precious thing in this country is time.
Honestly THE WORST PLACE EVER !!!! Even having an appointment they have no sense of time!! Management are super rude and not helpful. Definitely not recommend !!!
I think it crazy having this bank open at 9am instead of 8am. To have at least 15 people waiting for the bank to open at 9am is not good unbelievable. I think they need to look in to that and change the operation time to 8am. If anyone agree please like my comment, I can reach out to corporate if enough people is willing to back me up for this. Thank you all
Zero stars should be an option. I was completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I went in to get a notary and the woman sent me home two days in a row because supposedly I was missing paperwork. Keep in mind that this same lady had signed my paper a year ago, and no other document was needed. I asked why she couldn’t and she refused to answer my questions and spoke to be in an awful tone. A customer should not be treated this awful.
The website for the bank said there's a drive thru but when l got there no drive thru. Waste of a drive and was late to work looking for another bank with a drive through. They need to clarify their online information.
I’m giving a 2 star review to this bank because the service was terrible. Laura Perez the teller who helped me was such an amazing person, she was super fast, accurate, engaging, she tried to explain to me why was such a poor service at the bank. First when I entered to the bank a guy jumped on my to ask me what I needed to do, after explaining to him that just a cashiers check he like throw you in the huge line with the rest of the people. I had my headphones and kept looking at the cellphone to see how much I needed in my check. After 5 minutes and no moving I just raised my head and I saw 10 teller windows but only one working and 9 people in front of me, when I look back the person at the door got company, more door bank assistants, there were 4 guys at the door receiving the people who arrived or just moving the keys they had in the hands it was like a bank door game/ritual they have I guess for being there standing at the door. Another teller came after the only one got stuck assisting an older lady and starting helping in the line. After seeing all this problem and seeing how the line increases and the king waiting time for the customers I will recommend a more active participation as you were a whole team and as if your customers care, is you know what I mean. You’re working 80% on customer service on a bank, but you’re failing long time. I will recommend you to get more teller windows but less tellers, more people at the door so you get a whole gang there you know. And you leave the teller wolf by themselves or themself. A real team assist trying to have the situation controlled at all the time. Have more people assisting your teller and if you get customers to assist at the desk then you move actively, I guess you have a couple positions that can do that and you would have a more efficient bank. Thank you for the half hour that could’ve taken me 5-10minutes!
Had an horrible experience today. A teller who didn't do his job correctly, he didn't look on his OIB systems to check previous transactions I have made, I guess he is very unhappy with his job. A manager who didn't do a thing to be sure I was right instead of believing an automated system and just decided to ignored. I would have gone to another branch but it was already 12 pm and they were closing. As a former Wells Fargo employee, A SUCCESSFUL ONE that's why I decided to leave and make sure I knew what Banking is all about, I now reconfirm that I made the right decision by leaving this company. They should hire Leaders not ORDER TAKERS.
A little busy??? This place is unbelievably slow. Whether you are opening an account or cashing a check, you will spend minimum an hour in line . At any given day the bank is empty with plenty of employees walking around giggling. Meanwhile one teller is available. I would suggest another bank. The office is a nice size , but the echo is unbelievable. Does not matter how low you whisper , everyone will hear your personal information. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
They are extremely disrespectful and make fun of customers. I went to open a business account and I was missing some documentation, that I did not know that I had to bring it. This young Cuban man was laughing and teasing me to my face for my lack of document knowledge. A very humiliating experience, I went to another bank and at the time they opened my account.
