I walked in today, asking to open up a checking account. There is no one in the Wells Fargo office at all and she told me that I would need to make an appointment for a later date to open up a checking account because she was too busy. The lady they told me this was the first one that you walk in and see
I came at 11 am. Looking for a notary. The manager was busy and that's understandable so the teller told me she probably was going to be with that customer all time until closing, like that was supposed to get me out? Then a lady comes out of the teller room and goes to a gentleman to talk about notary services way to go lady for ignoring me, I was there before the gentleman arrived . All together Wellsfargo sucks ,this definitely puts a question in my head to consider why should I continue after 21 years with them . The answer is I must change ,no biggie I know, I'm only 1 person .
My brief experience with the bank manager today was enough for me not to use this branch ever again. He has a lot to learn about the value of customer service. His need to micro manage the customers was a huge turn off. Maybe his supervisor needs to read the many negative reviews about this location and make some positive changes.
cant get any worse. manager is extremely rude
What are these guys even doing… there’s three tellers behind the counter. A line to the door. One teller has been talking to a customer for a half an hour. Another teller is on his phone and the third teller is also helping the first customer. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years and this is the most irritating one I’ve been to across the board. Get it together
These people are not competent, and do not know their business. I went into the branch to open an estate account. The "Banker" I had an appointment with had never heard of an estate account. The senior banker on the floor, came over, looked at my certificate of probate, and declared that it might not be acceptable, and would have to be sent to the estate department for review. Then my banker, spent a long time on the phone trying to reach the estate department, but the voice recognition system could not understand his broken English. Finally, after he had tried a number of times, I threw up my hands, took my papers and my money, and left.
When you website says you're open on Saturdays and the doors on the building states 9-5 Monday - Friday. Is an indication as to why Wells Fargo is the worst bank in the business.
Too often, like two weeks ago, non banking cutomers use every parking space including the two labeled "ATM parking only" to go to local clubs for the night and park for free, especially on rainy nights. One can either block traffic or park elsewhere to use the ATM. Having experienced two crimes within two weeks on Wilton Drive, walking a distance to and from the ATM is a safety issue. Pictures and license plates as proof. WF doesnt care. Every other place enforces parking, so should WF Agree that customer service is poor. if one needs to see someone other than a teller. no telling how long the wait is, as is customer service at the corporate level. Never seem to get your question answered.
Terrible customer service! Every time I go into this branch, the employees do not acknowledge you and seem to be more interested in their personal conversations. Plus, this branch has been robbed recently, which gives me a bad feeling anyway.
Absolutely terrible. I've had a CC with Wells for over 10 years and visiting this branch was the final straw. I'm closing my account with Wells and finding somebody who cares about their customers and not just the number of accounts their salesmen, sorry, "tellers" can open under your name.
