Im not sure what is going on at this brach. ATM has no cash for 2 saturdays in a row. Does anyone fill cash in the ATMs. Super disappointed at this branch
I was helped by a very nice lady in the office. I believe her name is Ayana. She was very courteous and helpful. She introduced me to her manager and he was very courteous and happy to get my business. Very genuine people in that branch.
Great people working there. They have a new manager and he is super nice. They are always so friendly and willing to help.
Fantastic customer service I called and the store manager set up the appointment Pravash and came in and worked with Justin. Even though I have a branch where I live I will go back in two weeks to open a teen account for my daughter. Convenient location up the street from my job is a plus!
Terrible customer service. You don’t let 5 different cars sit outside the drive through for over 15 mins thinking they will be serviced just for you to close the drive through without word. Have someone at least come out and say they won’t be able to get to you. I called and the man told me each car will be serviced... LOL
Worst bank branch I ever visited. The personnel is rude and incompetent. Will never do business with them.
