5 stars is an understatement: Wells Funeral Home has not been in business for a long time for nothing….. the way they handle business is respectful, compassionate, personal, and business is planned in an efficient timely manner. I was impressed of how the hang close to you and loved ones to the beginning to the end. I’m talking about phone calls made to check on you even when funeral arrangements are well done. The patience they have with their customers are God sent….. meaning not everyone cares when they say they care. The owners of Wells Funeral Home carry an aura of genuine compassion. They are well respected in their community as well. Their prices are reasonable and they will help you work through special request within means as much as possible.
Wells Funeral Home and Staff was our first suggestion after being informed of the death of our loved one. They handled our situation with professionalism, knowledge, compassion and expediency. Wells services provided direction that assisted greatly in this process especially this being a first time experience. If you have questions and concerns, just ask them.
I contacted Wells Funeral Home to handle the arrangements when I lost my father in November. Mr. & Mrs. Taylor helped me through a very difficult process. From the very beginning, our loved one was treated with dignity and respect. They were thoughtful, sympathetic, encouraging, and a guiding strength throughout the entire process. Their entire staff was very professional. I would highly recommend Wells Funeral Home.
March of 2021, We experienced what true caring and compassion is really like. Mr. Thorny and Ms. Diane, they truly are a blessing. Her preparation was splendid, they took care of the flight arrangement to have momma flown back to South Carolina, they coordinated with the funeral home there. Everything went so smooth. As a minister, I get to work with them during some of life most difficult times, but as a customer, I appreciate how they are as people and how they care about people, especially the loved one that has been entrusted to their care. Wells Funeral Home provided my family and I with professional service. They treat you as if you are one of their own family member. Wells Funeral Home has provided services for four of my love ones. Which included my grandmother, grandson, my mother whom they transported from Flower Mound,Tx and my husband whom was transported from Carrollton,Tx. The staff is caring, passionate, and professional. I highly recommend Wells Funeral Home to any and everyone needing services. I give them five stars.
January 21 2021 was the darkest day of our lives . We entrusted Wells Funeral Home with the preparation of our mom’s home going. From the moment we spoke with Mr Taylor until the day of service we were treated with respect and dignity. Our concerns were addressed without hesitation, Mrs Taylor was a godsend keeping us informed every step of the way. The entire staff was pleasant professional and provided exceptional service. Death is hard and it’s a Blessing to have a team of professionals in your corner to take you by the hand and say you relax we got this. When your time of need arises our family strongly recommends Thorny and Diane Taylor along with their awesome staff.
During one of the most difficult times for a family is comforted by the care, compassion and attention to detail provided by Wells Funeral Home. Twenty five years ago, we enlisted their services to lay our father to rest. This September, when our mother passed, there was no doubt we wanted Wells again to care for her and help us send her home. Our Taylor family is grateful to Mr. Thorney Taylor, Sr and his family at Wells.

They did an outstanding service for my uncle's funeral, they showed the upmost type of professionalism. During the burial they provided seating, cool water, and made sure we were all cool during the summer heat for everyone which was very much accommodating for myself and my grandparents. If I could give more than five stars I would.
