I was to place my initial order but they want to charge me for overnight shipping and ship the dosage of my medication whenever they feel like it. The pharmacist technician I spoke with told me the overnight shipping fee is because they ship it overnight from the day they decide to ship it as they are experiencing high volume of orders. My issue with these people is: 1 They are charging for something I will not get overnight shipping by definition: "Overnight shipping is a delivery service that guarantees shipments will be delivered the next day by a certain time." But I wont get it the next day. So why am I to pay overnight shipping? 2 Same-day fulfillment is a necessary order fulfillment service to enable overnight shipping. If an order misses a cutoff time, you’ve lost your chance to get it there overnight. Therefore, If they are basing their shipping time on their fulfillment which will be unpredictable as they are so overwhelmed with orders, why should that cost be past to the consumer as a ways of "Overnight shipping when the customer does not get that service he/she is paying for. Sounds fishy and not good business practice. 3Why would you continue to call me via an automated system to confirm my address and payment method, right after I spoke with a pharmacy technician who told me how they roll and I am simply not going to be ripped off for their lack of service competence. I am sorry but you guys are not the pharmacy I will even remotely give my financial information at all, specially with the terms of service tailored to benefit your profitability and not the satisfaction and wellbeing of the customer as well. I will not recommend this pharmacy to anybody. Costumer be aware.

Most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The Pharmacy Techs  4 of them each had a different story concerning my script. 4 renewal was sent to my dr and 4 times he signed them and sent them back. I was told twice my order was being processed, they verified my payment, shipping address and everything else that had not changed in the years that I had been getting my prescription from them. This morning I get a text from my dr that he had sent the script to my other pharmacy and they contacted me within an hour that it was ready. 5 weeks I have been with my meds waiting on Wells to get their act together. Wells was convenient and up to now I had never experienced such uncaring inconsistent service.

I'm very impressed with the leadership at Wells Pharmacy Network. Christopher Ulbricht, their VP of operations, represents them well. Their company is growing exponentially due to the compounded medicines they make available to us all. There are already plans in progress to expand their patient call center. My doctor called my prescription in to Wells. When I did not hear anything 2 weeks later I called and found out they shipped it to my old address. They said they’d ship a new order Next Day Air to my correct address. I just saw on my credit card that I was charged 211.00 for the prescription for 15 doses of oxytocin and 36.00 for shipping. It was THEIR mistake and they charged ME for shipping.

Terrible customer service! The woman at the front desk should not be there. She was annoyed and rude that what it was even there. Then gave attitude to a fellow employee. So unprofessional!  Not to mention I have waited 3 weeks for my daughter's prescription and they said it's another 2 weeks out. No one even called to let me know.

When I sent email to Wells Pharmacy after I got poor customer service I actually heard from the president of Wells who took care of my issue immediately. Great resolution!

Worst pharmacy in FL. They have never called me back, and have canceled my prescription twice now. Now if I can get medication it will be 3 months before I can get an appointment with my Dr.

Update 6/2022 I have continued using Wells Pharmacy because of their quality products and the lead times have improved greatly.  I have not had any issues getting my prescriptions since my initial review.  I have been struggling for almost a month to get a prescription filled and I just read all the Google reviews and wow.  They're not good.  This apparently is a chronic issue for this pharmacy that they don't seem inclined to fix.  I guess if you have so many customers it's not really necessary to provide good service?  I have made multiple phone calls asking for a ship date with the most recent one being 3 hours ago. Every time I call the customer service employees just apologize and say 'a technician is working on it'.  They must repeat that line every day all day long.  I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that can provide some useful information and conveniently they were in a meeting and someone would be calling back.  Hours later and I'm still waiting.  I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO TELL ME WHEN MY PRESCRIPTION WILL BE SHIPPING. I am completely out and I literally don't know what to do.  The only reason I've been using a non-local pharmacy is because I like the mini troches they make.  But I feel I will have to find another pharmacy that has better lead times.  Update:  I did finally hear from a supervisor the next day after this posting and while she didn't make any promises, she did tell me she was going to do what she could to expedite my order.  I'm happy to report it was shipped that night and received the next day.

Got no where they told me there cash only so you have to handle your own insurance I'm looking into it. Finding pharmacy's that make compounds and take insurance is not ease I don't blame them if my business was good I would not want to deal with insurance companys

A vial of semaglutide was short 0.8 ml. That’s lot, it’s 2 weeks worth of medication. This medication costs over $600 for 1 month.
