Only come to this Wells Fargo during business hours so you can do all your transaction inside if you end up coming here because you live in the area. It's not the safest Wells Fargo and the ATM is basically around where there can be alot of foot traffic behind you during the daytime so you won't have any privacy. During the night, never use the ATM because its dangerous due to no walls around you. There a private parking lot in the back for Wells Fargo customer to park at. Just keep in mind that there usually a homeless person sitting or sleeping on Vesper Ave next to the Wells Fargo building.

Every time I come here there is only one person working the teller window. Even when there’s a long line nobody comes to help. I give it two stars instead of one because sometimes even though only one person is working the window, it’s not super busy. It’s frustrating when it is busy though

Why would you only have 2 tellers on a Friday end of the month? The line is out the door. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! UPDATE: Two years later it's still bad. Line is literally out of the door. Now they only have one cashier. It's the 31st..... hello at least have 2 AVAILABLE CASHIERS at the end of the month/ first of the month waiting in line now for 40 MINUTES!!!! People are really upset and complaining to the manager. 5 people total have left the line so far. Someone just told the manager he needs a new bank. Imagine having literally a 3 minute transaction and having to wait almost an hour.

This is by far the worst Wells Fargo Bank location I have ever encountered. I had an appointment today at 4 PM with Paul Woo. I got a call telling me last minute they are not available and they automatically rescheduled me for the following Wednesday without my permission. Just a voicemail minutes after calling them back. Called them once and didn't even answer. Second time was the charm. I explained that I needed an account set up today as discussed and the woman over the phone, despite being short staffed, did not acknowledge my needs as a customer for years at Wells Fargo. To me, being short staffed is not an excuse. Either hire more employees to keep your end of the appointment or make ends meet to provide satisfaction to your customer. Until then, this location should not even exist knowing they cannot even make up for their own mistakes.

It's sad, I run in and out of banks all week long and at BofA and Union the managers and senior tellers greet me by name and ask me how my day is and go out of their way to help me, but that environment is not at this branch. The front line tellers here are sweet and helpful.

This WF branch is easy to access, never crowded, with lines that move right along. The number of employees on hand are more than adequate to serve, whether the bank is busy or not. I've had no less than excellent service every time I've had the pleasure of visiting. Added bonus:: three new ATMs are situated out front and in the back, free parking for customers. My new favorite branch !

I have yet to come here and not had a line 15 people deep with only one teller open no matter how many employees you see. Don't come here if you don't have 45 mins to burn to make a simple deposit.

Terrible service just terrible. I went to go deposit a check for my business, and it’s not the first time I deposit checks. I do it every semi-monthly and I deposit it so that I can pay my employees and they’re telling me I have to wait 7 days ??? I’ve gone to other locations where they give next day clearing. Plus their attitude was just terrible and the manager kept giving everyone dirty looks. Just terrible.

Rude Bank Teller lady & slow banker servicing. Wish the customer service was a more positive experience. I'd rather not regret going to a bank.

I dunno if I've been here yet. The on off of van nuys anfld vanowen has me waiting in line an irritatingly common thing so im writing bad reviews for all the wells fargos that sho up on my map.
