I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce Waaskowicz for 20 years he has always been so kind and concerned about my health issues and when I had my CVA in 2008 he came to see me at Ephrata Hospital not many doctors do that and he’s always been so caring even after my husband died Gil and I both enjoyed his kindness and treating us both
I have never had an easier time making an appointment! It has pretty much always been that day, next day, or whatever day I need. I left a place in the Reading Health Care Network that literally took months. This is just a great breath of fresh air! They are also very nice and respectful at the front desk and always make things comfortable for my children who are 5 and 12. My whole family has Dr. McCarty and we couldn't be happier... which says a lot as my wife is a nurse and can be very picky lol
Best meeting I ever had with a doctor. First appointment today found him patient understanding made me feel very comfortable. I generally find doctors arrogant and always in a rush not this doctor High marks
First visit,and transfer from another Wellspan office, was a most welcome change. From the initial meeting with admin staff and nurse to Dr appt it was a caring and thoughtful experience with all I came in contact with.
It's sad when you call this place and can't even get an appointment for your child. This is twice now in the last month I have called and they have no openings but the freaking walk ins. Like no one has a freaking job to be at between 10am-12pm. It's getting old. Makes you even wonder if they are even looking for an appointment or just offering the stupid walk ins.
Unprofessional refused me the right to see or speak with the doctor or wait for him even though their was only one patient their. I've been off for 4 days.
Thankful for kind helpful staff that go above and beyond the normal that we see today in the medical field .
Excellent care for the whole family. Things are explained clearly in a way I can understand.
