The phlebotomist, Crystal, was very patient with me and helped me through my queasiness and anxiety about getting my blood drawn. She talked to me while I waited for my lightheadedness to pass and it helped get me out of the door quicker. Overall, pretty nice staff and very short wait

After a 10 hour fast for a URINE test for someone with urinary problems right in my chart, I'm about ready to make a mess. Asked if I could please give just the urine portion real quick and wait on the rest. Got scolded like a child. Finally see the lab tech, gives me more attitude about that, takes my blood, and I ask her, "Is there anything else you need from me?", to which I got, "Not unless you want to sit and watch me F----ing sticker". Typical Wellspan.

The phlebotomist had her mask around her mouth not covering her nose which was unnerving since she was inches from my face while drawing the blood. As a medical professional working in a facility that strictly adheres to protocol and expects all patients to follow it and be interviewed about their Covid exposure, I expect the same in return.

I was there with my client while she was getting blood work an older lady with white hair named Rebecca was very rude and un professional,she had asked my client what arm she would like to use then said” not that it matters because at the end of the day I’m the one sticking you with the needle” I just thought it was not professional what so ever and Un necessary. If you have that attitude you shouldn’t be in healthcare or have a job that deals with people .

I believe in giving credit where credit is due.. Eileen in the lab at Wellspan on Wolfe Rd did absolutely amazing with my son who had some major anxiety about getting bloodwork this morning. She talked to him so gently and gained his trust before doing anything, explained everything she was going to do and even offered to wrap his stuffed animal up just like she did his arm when she was done. This kiddo has had alot of bloodwork done in his 8 years and she is by far the best phlebotomist I've ever encountered with a child. So if your little ever needs lab work, I highly reccomend going there.

Katie worked on me today. She took my blood for testing. She was friendly and at the same time very professional. I've been there many times in the past and have never a bad experience.

Went in early this morning for blood work. It was super easy to sign in, they updated my info, and I was in and out in 17 minutes!

Smooth, no waiting.
