We are focused on sub-markets with strong employment and growth potential. The company targets acquisitions that can be purchased at a discount to replacement cost in locations with high barriers to entry.

Wellstock llc. seeks to provide attractive, risk-adjusted returns to its investors by acquiring well-located, high quality apartment communities to which the company can add value through its operating platform and value-add strategy. The company is seeking to acquire apartment assets with at least 50 units in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and the mid-Atlantic. Wellstock llc. will also consider larger apartment portfolios in other strong markets in the U.S., note purchases and development joint ventures.

Investment Structure: All cash to seller; Loan assumptions; Note purchases
