Amy Krejchi is an excellent provider. I was glad to have her as my PCP again this year; however, I learned after the bill came that Wellstone is not in network with Aetna-but Seton Medical. is. Last year, was in network.$400+ for an annual that should have been free and a 5” consult about something else led to almost half of what is now due. Painful sticker price. Bottom line on their part was I should have verified first. How silly of me to think it would have still been in network.
Update: Within an hour of this review I finally got a call back and my first month prescription. Overall this is a good facility, I am still unsure why it was so difficult to get a prescription to help with my smoking addiction. Moved to 3 stars. Went for a full checkup. Three visits and every lab he requested. Dr. Said he'd prescribe me stop smoking aid to help but did not. I've called three times and they've given three messages. Go somewhere else, they aren't interested.
Dodged a bullet on that one. I’m double insured and am trying to find a doctor that’d take both. I found Stephanie in the insurance system and she has very good reviews, so I called to ask if they take Tricare and was told to change my Tricare PCM to Dr Holdampf then call back. I did, but they couldn’t see me in the system and said it’d take a week to populate. When I asked why I couldn’t just schedule as they wouldn’t be able to see me for 3 weeks, I was told they don’t schedule until they can verify Tricare. They would not give a good reason for this when asked. I then asked why they wouldn’t schedule a double-insures patient and the receptionist said she doesn’t get paid by the insurance so she doesn’t care. I’m fairly certain she thinks her paycheck magically appears because she’s pushing patients away. I’ll keep looking as, after 30 minutes of waiting for them to figure out how to schedule me, then being insulted, I was hung up on. Stay away.
Adrienne Bouchard, her LVN, and the front desk staff I think her name was Cathesia were amazing helping my two-year-old daughter and myself feel comfortable at the clinic! Adrienne listened to our concerns about my daughter and gave us options to get help we need! My daughter was very comfortable and happy during her visit, making it a stress-free experience for my husband and me. For myself, I felt like she took a very holistic approach with me about improving my health and made the experience very engaging and personable. I'm so happy we made the choice to seek care at this clinic.
Deleted original review. Very hard to get an appointment. Also unable to get refills on some simple meds.. Which the doctor insist on keeping me on even though they don't even work. Called 3 times asking about the refill, today they told me it was sent in on the 27th. But they can't tell me where it was sent. Absolutely incompetent. On the plus side everyone is nice Went to the office 3 times nothing to show for it. Except a smaller balance in my bank acct. Original issue still not resolved. People wonder why I don't bother with Dr's Office. Guess I will need to go somewhere else anyway.
Dr. Gonzalez and his team are so professional! So glad we found this place. He has taken my mothers health very serious and has addressed issues that previous doctors never mentioned because they seemed to really not care at all… we thank them for their hard work and compassion!
This is the first time I can say I love my provider, Stephanie Tomasek is amazing, she listen to all my concerns, answer all my question, she take the time to explain everything. I love that she is not rushed to leave the room, she makes sure you are taking care. She is more than awesome!!! I love coming to see her!
All the staff were helpful and kind. The front office, nurse, and Marguerite who will one day be an NP. Marguerite was both professional and caring. She made encouraging comments such as, "I'm going to move your hair just a bit to look in your ear...your hair that you took time to look nice". She was professional in that she remembered to ask the other NP Kim? to listen to my lungs since she wasn't sure if she heard anything concerning. Thank you, Wellstone, your staff made me feel special! Keep up the good work!
Everyone has been great from the staff up front, to Nurse Kathleen, and NP Stephanie. Stephanie is so wonderful.Very professional and very thorough. She is such a sweet person. She truly cares. I'm so happy with all my experiences here and will continue going.
