We rent and sell wheelchairs, transport chairs, crutches and walkers and we carry many other home health items and medical supplies. If we don’t have an item that you need in stock then we can often get it for you in 1-3 business days. We stock many specialty health, beauty and household lines that you simply won’t find in any chain store. We deliver in and around Buckhead every day but Sunday."

This joke of a pharmacy doesn't care. My prescription was delayed and no one could figure out why. Turns out their cashier and manager on site didn't know how to run something as a prescription, causing an fsa card to not work as payment. Causing me to not be able to fill my prescription. Of course they fed me every excuse in the book, except for the one it actually was. User error. Worst part was when I took the prescription to an actual pharmacy, I was informed that wender and roberts marked the script as filled. So they had to call them and verify it hadn't been filled yet. They just don't care or even know what they're doing. Don't waste your time.

This is one of the best pharmacies in the country.  Seriously!! Recently,  they had a major staff change. A retirement.  Congrats and everyone was very happy. The new pharmacist was having trouble with my prescription.  He didn't stop until I left with my meds when needed. He was super polite. The place still embodies care and class. I have been a client/ friend of the pharmacy for 23 years. I drive an hour to get there. It is well worth the effort. Make them your choice. They are better than any chain store. If I could give 6 stars, I would.  Once again,  the retired family member will be missed but the new folks still make you feel safe and reassured. AWESOME pharmacy and staff!!

The person at the front of the pharmacy who customers deal with is incompetent and she has a problem finding my prescriptions every single time I go, or refilling, etc. This would be fine if she were polite, but she’s extremely rude and aggressive and likes to make you feel as if it’s your fault. Then, when she realizes she’s wrong, she still doesn’t apologize. Very frustrating and not to mention, time consuming. I think the pharmacists are great but I’m going to be switching pharmacies because of this one employee’s extreme difficulties and rudeness. Finally, contacting them via the phone is impossible and you’ll either find yourself on hold for 15+ minutes every time, or being disconnected because the line is busy.

A true pharmacy from the past! Melanie and the entire staff cares deeply about your pharmacy needs. "You are not a number".  So many unique finds from the golden area and yet so modern! Dana, who works at the Roswell location has a positive personality. She truly cares! I love their affordable pricing! Try them, you will not be disappointed.

I’m sure you can tell all of the positive reviews here have a commonality. The store manager was rude and unprofessional. We visited as we were looking for simple materials needed to change a surgical dressing in my knee. She spoke to the only black employee in all commands as if she was her help, no respect at all. Pretended to be on the phone as She stood two feet away from me and my family to command the employee to.  ”Tell them we don’t have it”.  What do you expect from an established so close to OK Cafe.  Regardless of race, I suggest finding a more professional option for any medical needs.....Respectfully.

This pharmacy got my meds when the other stores were unable to even tell me when stock orders would arrive.  This store also got my meds for 12$ while all other stores were 85$.  This pharmacist must be billing guru! They brought me peace of mind.

I love a good pharmacy and have been going to Wender & Roberts ever since I was a little girl. The staff and pharmacists are always helpful, friendly and full of appropriate advice.   When any member of our family walks into the pharmacy, they always greet us with a smile and try to help us with product searches and remedies.

I love this pharmacy.  The staff is very friendly and accommodating.  My prescriptions are always ready on time and the pharmacists are very helpful if I have any questions.  In addition, it offers a wide variety of items for purchase.  It's a great pharmacy!

I need to write this. I switch pharmacy 3 months ago. A neighbor recommended me to this pharmacy after hearing all my problems with the other “big brand” pharmacy. Wender R. Delivers all my meds without problems and very punctual. I’m so pleased to have found them that I feel like they are my loving caring family nearby, thank you

Updated....  So I originally gave the pharmacy one star as I was really upset by how we were treated see original review below. My opinion changed this morning and I am therefore updating my review.  I received a call from the manager, she apologized profusely, explained the extenuating circumstances that occurred last night emergency with regular pharmacist, temporary employee, etc., and offered her personal cell in case there were ever problems in the future.  That it the service we had expected from w&r. And are extremely grateful for her call. As a result, we will remain loyal customers.  Thank you. Everyone  makes mistakes but how they are handled is what makes the difference.  —— original post — We arrived at 757 tonight.  The store was supposed to close at 8.  I understand we were cutting it close, but my daughter had just had surgery.  The guy walked out as my husband tried to go in, locked the door in front of him and said “we are closed.”  My husband politely tried to explain the situation and then showed him his watch.  The guy kept walking and said “sorry.”   If the reason you are supposed to choose a small pharmacy over a Walgreens or a CVS is their excellent service, then Wender and Roberts is in big trouble.
