Felt adventurous today and decided to treat myself to a chicken sandwich and fries. Took a huge bite, chewed and swallowed it before realizing that I just ate what looks like blood and who knows what else. I’ve never been so disgusted. Do better maineville Wendy’s!Food: 1/5
I ordered a bacon chicken croissant for breakfast today and was eating it when I realized the inside was raw. The outside was not which is why I didn’t notice right away. I did have to walk up to the window since the inside is not open and they refunded for the sandwich.
Would give zero stars if I could, would not recommend. $13 grilled chicken wrap and it was just lettuce and cheese barely.Food: 1/5
I stopped to get a breakfast sandwich I had never had Wendy's breakfast because I was so hungry. Service was quick and drive-thru attendant was friendly. The English muffin bun on my sandwich was FROZEN?? So... Couldn't eat it. Still hungry. Won't be getting breakfast here again. Very disappointed and still hungry.Food: 1/5
Kinda disappointed in the service. Food was good. Service had a newer person on the register and had no instructions. I ordered a LG frosty she gave me a sm. Which is fine, but when I let her know I ordered a LG she says Oops I thought this was. She then grabbed a LG cup and just dumped the small frosty into LG cup and handed it to me. Then I get my food and my nuggets were hard due to being way over cooked. At this point I'll just take my loss and go somewhere else. This store will definitely not get my business anymore.
Why are businesses still closing the dining areas? 5:50pm on a Monday is unacceptable for a restaurant not to have the doors open. I will not go through your drive thru if you are so lazy that you can not open the doors. If you need employees pay more or offer better benefits. The food is usually garbage here anyway but after a few months I wanted to give them another go but now you have lost my business and along with the rest of my family. I hope this restaurant goes under due to the terrible management that would allow the doors to be locked all the time.
Placed an order on the app around 9:45, pulled into the drive thru at 10, and the creature working the drive through abruptly said “location’s closed” Hours listed said they were open until 11, but whatever. I said I was just there to pick up an order real quick and was hit with an extremely rude “it’s still closed” I asked about a refund and was met with silence. Safe to say I won’t be back. if you’re reading this, pick somewhere else.
Horrible Wendy's Location. First time I ordered, they forgot to include my 10 piece chicken nuggets. I ordered again this time ordering 2-10 piece chicken nuggets, and they sent me 1 order, and it didn't even have 10 nuggets there were only 8. I have had numerous problems with this location. Either I am missing an item, or they don't get the order correct. I am done with this location. And I am done contacting Cooperate. They don't do anything.
This Wendys says its opened at 6:30am but everytime I go there to get breakfast before work they are never open. They turn their signs on and show they are open but when you pull up to the window and talk to the manager he states they arnt open yet because he doesn't have the prep work done.Food: 3/5
Place turned off breakfast at 10am. They didn’t have drive thru turned in either. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes then waited inside for 10 mins for them to come out and flip the signs around and say “there’s no breakfast left”. Franchise owner should be absolutely ashamed of the staff and people they have allowed to represent their business.
